The room and location was great for us! It’s about 20-30 minutes from San Francisco but we love driving! The hotel was like a little Encanto! Very clean and staff was personable and always available for questions.

I enjoyed the gas fireplace that was operated by remote and took the chill off the room gently. Also liked the shower with overhead and hand held heads.
The free breakfast was a nice addition.

On a map it looks close to airport. But, there’s no way to get there except an Uber. No shuttle service, pretty long walk to BART too. From airport to this hotel, 1.1 miles, $34 uber. What a rip off. I stay by airport for convenience. This place wasn’t convenient at all. Why built close to airport and have no way for guests to get there reasonably. What a rip off.

Found this on a short notice to stay for one night comming from indiana to San francisco.super great service and very nice clean room with a small area for breakfast and just couple minutes away from the airport id stay here again the next time I travel.

The Millwood is a true hidden gem tucked between a bunch of rundown motels and nickel and dime mega corporation hotels. This place was a total breath of fresh air. You can tell they put care into everything, the rooms were super clean, full of thoughtful amenities, and the outdoor decor with glass walls and curtains gave it a polished feel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming during checkin it was a breeze. The free parking is a huge plus, please never get rid of it! I have no complaints, if anything I wish breakfast ran a little later, maybe until 10:30 or 11 for those of us who like to sleep in. Thankfully the pancake house came to the rescue.
I’ll definitely be back on my next trip. This place is doing everything right and it shows.

The room was modern, clean and high quality. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The temperature inside the room when we arrived was perfect.
We also had the included breakfast which was very average, but was still appreciated. The sweet treats were tasty, and there’s a waffle maker too, although I would not recommend the eggs which tasted and looked pretty bland.

This was a very welcoming stay and very close to the SFO airport. I stayed in room 123 and it was cozy and the fireplace was a nice extra touch. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Bea who was the late night staff when I arrived and Elizabeth the daytime staff. I would definitely stay here again.

This our second stay at The Millwood, we booked our second stay through Airbnb and it was great using this app. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff from reception to hospitality. So warm and lovely. The hot breakfast and the area awesome. Rooms are exceptionally clean and fresh. This is our go to. They also have beautiful family suites. Its cozy and charming. Parking was never a problem. Thank you Zlatunich Familia 💚

Stayed here overnight after landing at SFO at 9pm and leaving the next morning at 10am. Super convenient location for quick access to the airport. Arrived at 10pm and checked in really quickly and smoothly. There’s a great burger food truck across the street and a liquor/convenience store if you’re hungry. Clean and modern room and friendly staff. Breakfast is served from 6am to 9:30am with options such as waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, etc. Food was good! I would definitely stay here again for an overnight layover

We had an excellent stay at Millwood Inn! We called to notify them of our late check-in. It's so conveniently located to SFO.
(Google brought us in thru a backway on crowded residential streets instead of on the highway. Don't let that discourage you. The next morning we saw the pleasant district it is in. Very pleased)
The room was stylish & clean. The bathroom felt like a spa. Next to the breakfast area in the main office is a roomy covered patio - a great place to relax.
