Had a bunch of Amazon returns and there were 3 people ahead of me with the same. The guy was super friendly, welcomed each person, and was efficient in getting everything scanned. Great experience!

The UPS store in Milbrae 94030 has redeemed all of my UPS experiences. They are my go to store. Always so friendly efficient and knowledgeable! And patient and easy going!

This store location never opens on time.
For the past a few months I tried to drop off the packages before going to work. the store supposed to open on 8:30am according to the business hours posted online and on the entry door. But never ever even once opened on 8:30am. It's a very bad experience that when you there and found out the store was not opened yet. You have to find another time to stop by. Zero star if I could give.

Got a mailbox with them last week and I have to say from the terrible customer service when I first got the mailbox, to them taking days to updating me on my packages from Amazon and FedEx having arrived so I could pick up. Terrible

If I can give no stars… I would. The workers here are very lazy mostly the female workers. They sigh when I ask questions following up my package. One person even asked “do you know how packaging works” when asking how long the process usually takes. Another said on the phone “next time order the correct packing box” then proceeded to say “blah blah blah” then hung up the phone. What type of service is this ?

Working at a shipping center isn’t hard nor tedious. These jerks will charge you a $1 to tape a small box up to ship out.

Worst experience ever at a UPS STORE . The owner , an Indian woman, doesn't have any idea of how to treat customers with respect and dignity. I biked a few miles to drop a package off . It was the last day to return the item . I NEEDED A PIECE OF SCOTCH TAPE TO ASSEMBLE THE PACKAGE PROPERLY AND SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE IT . I didn't have any money at the moment. Thanks to her , I missed the return window simply because she couldn't give me a MISERABLE PIECE OF SCOTCH TAPE.
Careful with this business !
