Looking at reviews from 4+ years ago, they have definitely hired a better person. Came here when they opened on a Monday - Darshana was excellent, very helpful, and very fast. I was one of three customers and we each were very appreciative of her!

Honest UPS STORE. They only charge $25/mo for POBOX and does not try to rip you off. Other UPS Stores charges more. Great customer service. Give them your business. I rented a POBOx from them with a street address.

There's a good reason this store does not have the best reviews. Often the staff is no friendly. There is one employee who is consistently nice but it seems like ownership is not. Also it's impossible to get any cell or wifi in this store. It's an ongoing issue and all they have to do is create stringer wifi in store. Without it, it's impossible to return abutting where you have to check your returns online. You finally find a place to park. Get out if your car and attempt for 20 minutes to find service to load your return WR code. But it never happens. I will mo longer stop again in Millbrae but head over to Burlingame Plaza. Great service. Great ownership. Great cell and wifi.

It is very convenient that they are open on Sunday's. That in itself gives them the stars. It may be tough due to street parking to carry a big box in there to ship w whereas FedEx down the street has their own parking lot, though it can be full as well. They are no nonsense, transactional, straight to the point. Efficient with Amazon returns especially.

Stopped by the store today to mail off a package and it wasn't open. The hours say they open at 0830 and yet there were 4 people at 0845 waiting for the doors to open. No one was even in the building. Someone tried to call to see if maybe someone was in there but forgot what time it was but no one was there. To top it off it was raining. If the hours changed then the website should state that as well as the phone recording. I will be going to Burlingame instead. I don't care for unreliable businesses.

Warning: don't go to the UPS store in Milbrae on Broadway street. i was returning Amazon Prime items today. Amazon.com is asking not to pack and not to attach any labels to returns. UPS receipt is the only proof that item is actually shipped back to Amazon. Customer Service Representative refused to print tracking receipts. His reasoning: 'Printing is costly for UPS'.

This Review Is In Response To The Recent Review From CHRIS S. About His Experience At This Store.I Was An Employee At This UPS Store For A Very Short Period Of Time, Just Two Week's, Starting About A Month Ago And Then I Was Let Go After Only Two Week's Of Enployment Based On Lies, You Can Read MY REVIEW And JOSE LUNA'S (Another Employee At That Store)*EMPLOYMENT About Me (The Thing's Jose Is Saying Aren't True), Below.Also, It Has Come To My Attention That Jose Had Messaged Alpesh, "Al", The Manager That You Had The Bad Experience With, Trash Talking Me, On Behalf Of Himself And Jasmine, Another Employee There Saying That I Had A Bad Attitude With Them And Customer's, All Untrue And, I Guess That's Why I Was Let Go, Although, At The Time Of My Dismissal, Al Only Said That He Had To Let Me Go And Couldnt Say Why, When I Asked.So, Basically, I Was Let Go, After Just Two Week's Because The Other Employee's There Decided They Didnt Like Me And Trash Talkec Me To Al And He Went Along With It.As Far As I Know, Standard Procedure, If There Are Complaints Against An Employee Is To Talk To Them About It And Then Proceed With Further Disciplinary Action If The Behaviour Isn't Corrected, None Of Which Was Done Because I Was Never Rude To Co-Worker's Or Customer's So There Was Nothing To Address.I Was Just, Unfairly, Let Go, Based On Lies After Just Two Week's Of Employment.Again, To CHRIS S. I wanted to share this immediately following the very expensive nightmare that I just dealt with at the "UPS store" in Millbrae on Broadway Ave. My dad has an eye condition that is very serious he lives in Baja California so trying to be a good son and look out for him I purchased a prescription pair of eye glasses that are transitioning for his medical condition that he himself could not afford to to being on social security. I asked the young lady at that store they would guarantee that he would get them and they charged me which is very expensive to ship such a small item...!! But due to the fact of his need for them there was no question I would do it. As I watch the tracking they said that I had put the wrong apartment number which was a lie because he does not live in an apartment he lives in a house so they sent the item back to my address and refused to give me my money back due to their error...! Me like many others and watching every penny right now and could not afford to lose that money I finally spoke with the owner Al and I mean this in every sense of the word The guy is a liar and a crook...! He said he had spoke with somebody at UPS who was supervisor and customer service which I found out to be a lie they never talk to him ever then he dodged my call for weeks because he could see my number on caller ID I block my number called back they picked up and he got on the phone. So I tried back one more time and told him if you do not return the money I will take you to small claims court and he told me go ahead and hung up on my face...! I felt so disrespected and pissed off I can't even describe it DO NOT SHIP THROUGH THIS STORE EVER...! I AM GOING TO GO ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE I CAN FIND TO HOPEFULLY PREVENT ANYBODY ELSE FROM BEING A VICTIM TO THIS RAGTAG ESTABLISHMENT...! THE MANAGER'S NAME IS "AL"...!

I have always received great customer service coming here. Jose is always super helpful and efficient. Even when it's busy the service is quick so you're able to go in and out in a few minutes.
