Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I had to do my passport application. It wasn’t crowded, they took my picture, had to do it again because it was a little blurry. Whole thing took less than twenty minutes.

Thu, was so awesome. I had a horrible experience at the Noe Valley postal service in San Francisco, but Millbrae treated me and my appointment diligently and respectful. Had a great time at this postal office, they were incredibly efficient even though they were busy today.

The African-American “supervisor” in the USPS is an absolutely rude, unprofessional and unempathetic employee.
She would yell at me with a 5-week baby in my hand, and someone from the customer queue had to come intervene and tell her she was wrong.
She was unapologetic.

No wonder it has 3 stars, busy time of the day and there is only one lady helping. You need to buy or bring your own tape for their priority mail service, it’s a service, tape should be included in the service.

Using the electronic labeling machine was efficient, but the constant presence of the staff urging me made the experience quite uncomfortable.

The mailman came by my house and he was nice— however this manager that was supervising the mailman was blocking my driveway and would not move — my daughter had to get him to move— then he blocked me from remarking in front of my house— he made an illegal U turn and sped off after I was forced to park down the street — he was speeding too!! Someone needs to supervise the managers that are supervising the drivers!! This happened on 2/27/24 in Millbrae at 1:30 pm (near Santa Lucia block) —

We walked in Saturday morning for renew my daughter's passport, lucky there was no line at that time. The two Asian ladies working there are super nice, especially Shirley, very patient and professional, it took around 15 minutes to take the photo and check on the forms.Actually I called a week before, and this branch is the only one that having someone pick up the phone and giving helpful information on renewal of kid's passport , that is why I chose to go there. Thank them for the service!

The worst USPS experience ever. They’ll ask you to get a tape and seal it yourself, while the staff at another counter just did it for her customer. It’s really disgusting.
