The mailman came by my house and he was nice— however this manager that was supervising the mailman was blocking my driveway and would not move — my daughter had to get him to move— then he blocked me from remarking in front of my house— he made an illegal U turn and sped off after I was forced to park down the street — he was speeding too!! Someone needs to supervise the managers that are supervising the drivers!! This happened on 2/27/24 in Millbrae at 1:30 pm (near Santa Lucia block) —

We walked in Saturday morning for renew my daughter's passport, lucky there was no line at that time. The two Asian ladies working there are super nice, especially Shirley, very patient and professional, it took around 15 minutes to take the photo and check on the forms.Actually I called a week before, and this branch is the only one that having someone pick up the phone and giving helpful information on renewal of kid's passport , that is why I chose to go there. Thank them for the service!

The worst USPS experience ever. They’ll ask you to get a tape and seal it yourself, while the staff at another counter just did it for her customer. It’s really disgusting.

Not sure who thought those new drive through mailboxes were a good idea but they should be fired. Hard to access from a vehicle. Unless they plan to do away with the drive-through, these boxes are a complete failure and underscore how incompetent the USPS can be. Horrible.

Did the post office worker seriously just tell me that they don't sell international stamps?I had to do a double take.I needed stamps to mail letters to England (which I've bought before) and this woman who was not familiar with her job said they only sold stamps for United States letters.Thankfully a supervisor heard me and got the stamps and showed her that VIOLA, people do Mail letters to family and friends outside of the country!She didn't know how to scan the barcode, and needed help with that too.Epic fail!

Tracking number: EH029817643USWhat a terrible service! I paid $68.95. They didn't deliver the item to Germany. After I asked them, they said it was the wrong address. They should let me know about this kind of stuff, not just keep silent about it. Not only that, they refused to give me a refund, and they have the nerve to say they look forward to doing business with me again. I will never do business with them again.

I wish I can give 0 star. They don't have any customer service all bunch of people hate their jobs. They keep the supplies in the back and can't even answer yes or no questions. When ship something not even send them out tracking says delivery in their mailbox in millbrae post office? And don't even notify me! Specifically this Chinese lady and old white lady is the meanest ones. I gotta say there is nice ones too but it's sad I can't even use my area post office anymore!!

Now we hardly go to the post office, and if we end up going, we miss something or something is not correct. We have been living in Millbrae for more than 30 years, and I don't remember if I ever had any problems during my visits.I must mention our mailman Joe who is highly professional and kind. Whenever I say any issue to Joe, he tries his best to solve the problem. Another person I would like to thank is Fernando, who has been in the Millbrae location for a long time. He helped me again last week with my boxes which could not deliver during our vacation. Fernando always listens carefully and shares all his concerns, and tries to help you as much as he can. We want to say thank you to these kind people who have been there for a long time and always supporting us. Thank you
