Rude and eye rolling pharmacy tech! I was there for covid booster and she can’t stop rolling her eyes. “You both are immunocompromised ?” N keep rolling her eyes. Keep your judgement at home! Bring kindness and empathy to work . Walgreens as a cooperation need to work on training their staffs to be non-judgmental.

Customer service is awful, and the photo department rarely ever processes your "same day" photo orders, same day. Go to the Broadway location.

I found this place is marked temporarily closed on Google Maps. But I did purchase aspirin at this store just a week ago in November of 2022. So I think this place had been reopened already, unless they temporarily close the place after I shopped last week.

Incredible one of your employees a thin girl very young, cheeky and small in stature, after offering me at the cashier a promotion of which I had understood the content although she had explained to me in a language I dare to say confused and tangled with words, after having clearly told her that I did not care about your tangled proposal She turns to look at her work colleague and laughed, mocking me in front of everyone and giving me a small greeting without a smile and mostly without a wish as we are in the days of Christmas. In summary, it is painful to include staff who mock their regular customers, and those few who come to visit your shop are mocked by an employee who eats words when she expresses herself and who laughs at your customers…. Hire adequate staff thanks

I was booked for covid booster at another Walgreens that kept putting me on hold on the phone (six times!) without letting me even acknowledge them and saying they would have the vaccine in stock but then didn't ever end up getting it the day I was scheduled. Since my appointment there didn't work and they were booked out for over a week, I found an opening at this one in Milbrae, and the pharmacy staff and pharmacist were very courteous and organized. They did have it in stock, they only put me on hold once. I went midday, and several people were there for their booster shots - but the staff was organized and solid about it, considering the circumstances. Do I think this is the best drug store ever? No. But for something like this, especially compared to the other Walgreens that strung me along, I am appreciative.

The least customer focused and by far the least reliable pharmacy. DO NOT count on them to keep any appointment with their pharmacy. I had them not honor my appointment on multiple occasion. Today was the last straw where I had an appointment which I double confirmed (yesterday) and still when I showed up, they told that they are having a problem with their system and would need to reschedule my Covid appointment but they willing to give my flu shot (hmm what system problem that accepts flu shots but not Covid vaccine). They lie and they don't care

The worst. Booked a COVID booster through their site. Got text confirmation and headed there on time. When I arrived asked an employee where to go for the booster. He said check in at the pharmacy, so I did. But first I had to wait in line for 15 minutes as there was a line. When my turn came up the lady says "we are out of the vaccine" and that there is no way to be vaccinated. No remorse, no apology for wasting an hour of my time This place hires the worst of corporate drones who are just clocking in and out. So many ways this could have been avoided- canceling appointments through their site, a sign on the door, employee communication to let people know before they wait in line (and only wasted their drive time rather than their drive time and wait time)

D**** Don't get your prescriptions here.Doc calls in the order, get confirmation from walgreens that prescriptions are ready for pick up. like call/text/email. a bit much but it's fine.Go in the drive through with 4 cars ahead. Can't back out b/c someone is behind me. Takes 43 mins.Finally get to front, the "system" says my prescription isn't ready and hasn't been pulled from the shelf. It's not a crazy cocktail, it's just a prefilled sealed prescription that you can quickly grab.They won't simply grab it and give to me, I need to wait another 30 mins for them to fill the order.Changing my pharmacy and never coming back and hopefully this review saves you some agony. The pharm tech was nice about it, but not helpful and clueless.

I went to the Pharmacy and The staff named MARICEL was extremely rude!!!!!! Very very rude! I bet she's and Asian and Filipina! To you MARICEL you are not suppose to work there if you have a problem don't bring it at work!!!!! You are the worst staff in the pharmacy most of the staff there are very friendly, helpful and nice but you????!!!! Nahhhhh.... Quit your job! You are not fit there! Most of the people who goes there are sick and tryin to get there meds! And besides you should do your job well but you dont! You are not the one who is paying for the meds though why are you so rude!!!! FYI!!!! Beware of this extremely rude Asian Girl who works in the pharmacy { MARICEL !!!!!!!!!! } she works Monday afternoon! No customer service at all! Beyond poor!

I shop at walgreens very often. I came to this location to shop and I was told the restroom was out of order as I had been told before, however on previous visit... When I was told that I requested the manager and the manager allowed me to used the rest room. However, today that was not the case!!! I requested to see the out of order restroom and was denied. That is because the restroom was not out of order just like it wasn't before and I was lied to once again but was not able to use the restroom!!! I have disabilities and expressed that it was urgent and was still denied. It's not often that I feel discriminated against. . I definitely felt as if I was the wrong color to use the restroom!!

I had a bottle of old medicine that I wanted to properly dispose of. I went to the Walgreens in downtown Millbrae and they didn't have the special disposal bin for medications and said to go to the one on El Camino (this one!). Went to the pharmacy area and the bin had a sign that said it was full. I asked the pharmacist when would be a good time to return and when to expect the bin to be picked-up by their third party provided. The pharmacist member essentially said they've never seen the bin NOT full, as in don't bother coming back. Gives you a sense of how well this place is run and maintained. At least they were nice enough to suggest going to the CVS across the street. TBD if they have the special bin...
