The one constant is there will always be delay and problems. Even if you call ahead (good luck getting through) and are told a prescription will be ready there is a good chance it won't be and you will be met with a surly "come back later." Today the drive through window is blocked with a sign to come into the store (terrible during a pandemic). Apparently they are "short staffed." The problems have existed for years but just get worse. Last time I was here the pharmacy opened late (a repeated issue).

The least customer focused and by far the least reliable pharmacy. DO NOT count on them to keep any appointment with their pharmacy. I had them not honor my appointment on multiple occasion. Today was the last straw where I had an appointment which I double confirmed (yesterday) and still when I showed up, they told that they are having a problem with their system and would need to reschedule my Covid appointment but they willing to give my flu shot (hmm what system problem that accepts flu shots but not Covid vaccine). They lie and they don't care

The worst. Booked a COVID booster through their site. Got text confirmation and headed there on time. When I arrived asked an employee where to go for the booster. He said check in at the pharmacy, so I did. But first I had to wait in line for 15 minutes as there was a line. When my turn came up the lady says "we are out of the vaccine" and that there is no way to be vaccinated. No remorse, no apology for wasting an hour of my time This place hires the worst of corporate drones who are just clocking in and out. So many ways this could have been avoided- canceling appointments through their site, a sign on the door, employee communication to let people know before they wait in line (and only wasted their drive time rather than their drive time and wait time)

D**** Don't get your prescriptions here.Doc calls in the order, get confirmation from walgreens that prescriptions are ready for pick up. like call/text/email. a bit much but it's fine.Go in the drive through with 4 cars ahead. Can't back out b/c someone is behind me. Takes 43 mins.Finally get to front, the "system" says my prescription isn't ready and hasn't been pulled from the shelf. It's not a crazy cocktail, it's just a prefilled sealed prescription that you can quickly grab.They won't simply grab it and give to me, I need to wait another 30 mins for them to fill the order.Changing my pharmacy and never coming back and hopefully this review saves you some agony. The pharm tech was nice about it, but not helpful and clueless.

I went to the Pharmacy and The staff named MARICEL was extremely rude!!!!!! Very very rude! I bet she's and Asian and Filipina! To you MARICEL you are not suppose to work there if you have a problem don't bring it at work!!!!! You are the worst staff in the pharmacy most of the staff there are very friendly, helpful and nice but you????!!!! Nahhhhh.... Quit your job! You are not fit there! Most of the people who goes there are sick and tryin to get there meds! And besides you should do your job well but you dont! You are not the one who is paying for the meds though why are you so rude!!!! FYI!!!! Beware of this extremely rude Asian Girl who works in the pharmacy { MARICEL !!!!!!!!!! } she works Monday afternoon! No customer service at all! Beyond poor!

I shop at walgreens very often. I came to this location to shop and I was told the restroom was out of order as I had been told before, however on previous visit... When I was told that I requested the manager and the manager allowed me to used the rest room. However, today that was not the case!!! I requested to see the out of order restroom and was denied. That is because the restroom was not out of order just like it wasn't before and I was lied to once again but was not able to use the restroom!!! I have disabilities and expressed that it was urgent and was still denied. It's not often that I feel discriminated against. . I definitely felt as if I was the wrong color to use the restroom!!

I had a bottle of old medicine that I wanted to properly dispose of. I went to the Walgreens in downtown Millbrae and they didn't have the special disposal bin for medications and said to go to the one on El Camino (this one!). Went to the pharmacy area and the bin had a sign that said it was full. I asked the pharmacist when would be a good time to return and when to expect the bin to be picked-up by their third party provided. The pharmacist member essentially said they've never seen the bin NOT full, as in don't bother coming back. Gives you a sense of how well this place is run and maintained. At least they were nice enough to suggest going to the CVS across the street. TBD if they have the special bin...

I m definitely not coming back to this place anymore. First of all each an person that works here are rude. There is only 1 cashier at all times. So if you going there thinking you ll be in and out. Your mistaken. There is line and no one seems to care. They don't call for help etc. this has happened to me here at least several times and I decided to comment because enough is enough !!!

I cannot say how many times I have ordered Rx's via home delivery (FedEx) from this Walgreen's and they rarely deliver in a timely manner. They promise 1-2 days delivery, but they often lose the Rx (even though it has been ordered online with a clear record) or fail to send. I ordered an Rx this past Monday- they did not have in stock- so they did not fill it until Wed. It is Friday and they claim the Fed-Ex did not show yesterday or today so it will not go out until Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Over one week to get the friggin' Rx. They really stink!

One star, for the store, the pharmacy I have found to be adequate. The store however is always understaffed and the staff that are working never seem helpful or friendly. I also did a pick up order with about 10 things and they canceled it. Said none of it was available. Really thanks.

The products are mostly in-stock and are always as advertised. This 3-star rating is primarily due to the customer service. This Walgreens location consistently has 5-15 minute wait times at the registers because one or zero registers are open. The staff are also slow to respond to items locked on the shelves. The staff are very rarely present at the photo/mail center. Lastly, I have attempted to price match against the Walgreens app multiple times, but the staff are either simply refuse to honor the lower price in the app or cannot figure out on the register how to change the prices.

I love Walgreens -- but super disappointed today that the manager who came to the pharmacy counter was not wearing a mask! Just as the CDC and local health authorities are recommending masking up indoors again. Every other employee and nearly all customers were wearing one, as far as I could see. I do feel staff should set the example. Be safe, everyone!
