Worst 7-11 around, I came here to get a bag of chips on my 1/2 hr lunch break and waited in line behind 5 people for 20 mins. I eventually was 4th in line at 20 mins in and left because I had to go back to work since the cashier was talking to the first customer exchanging pleasantries for so long. Work ethic = 0. I’ve never experienced this at any other 7-11 in my life. The management here is unique to say the least.

Clean and organized store, bright and like-new signage, not fully stocked but they had enough options for my needs, such as the peanut butter chocolate trail mix that I like. Didn't have my preferred beef jerky brand, but I tried Jack Link's and it was fine. The worker didn't know how to apply the rewards program (scan barcode or enter phone number) but got another worker to help out. Seemed more complicated than it needed to be, but I made it outta there without too long of a delay. And the 7-Select products they offer for some of their goods are comparable in taste and quality to pricier brands... their flavored sparkling water was yum!

This use to be my go-to 7-11 spot when I worked near Kato road. Service has always been friendly and the store is clean. I often frequent here because they have blueberry coffee. And today on the way to my way to work I took a detour and made quick stop here and to my surprise after many years, they still have the blueberry flavor coffee. Even tho 7-11 coffee wouldn't be my first choice, the blueberry coffee brought back some nostalgic memories.

I came here at night to get a slurpee and I ended up spilling some on the floor so I threw it away, apologized and decided to just get water instead. The cashier told me he was going to charge me for the slurpee I threw away because it wasn't free. Gave him the 2.79 for the slurpee and left empty handed.

Customer Service is non-existent here. Every time I try and talk to the cashiers to ask for something simple, they respond like they don't understand English. Just yesterday, I went in to redeem 2 free lottery tickets. I showed them to the Cashier and told him that I want to redeem my free lottery tickets. He responded with silence and just pointed at the wall where the check-a-ticket scanner was. Confused, I left my spot in line to check my ticket thinking there was something I missed, and all I was missing was my brain cell I left at the counter with the cashier. I went back in line and spoke again slowly, with a louder tone, and with hand gestures just to make sure he didn't miss any cues, and FINALLY, he got the message. No longer coming back here. I didn't even mention the transients they allow to sit outside.

Don't go to this 7-11 if you need beer around 150 AM. They close the the beer selection a good 20-30 minutes before 2

OK, I tried this place twice. The first time I was wet and cold from the rain and tried to grab some coffee between Jon sites. This place was out. Second time I went in for a Big Gulp...and they were out of cups. I get a place is going to run out of things on occasion, but no coffee and no soda, that's pretty much inexcusable for a 7-11.

Well, it's a 7-Eleven, they have the same variety as all the other locations in the area and accept all forms of payment including EBT. I appreciate that this location is cleaner than many others and that the shelves don't have too much empty space, but I am honestly not a fan of the self serve roller items. I personally don't like the idea of hella random people touching and messing with the same food items, it may take more time, but I feel more comfortable with locations that leave this service to the counter worker.
