Went on a Saturday morning using class pass. Alf was the trainer and he was amazing and really committed. It was a fantastic workout.

My son joined in November and started training and boxing. It has giving him confidence and a great exercise routine. Hollis is great and the rest of the staff make my son feel welcome.
