Worked with Charles who was outstanding. Took the time to properly assess and then shared the results in very clear, and understandable, language. I was used to companies who use a lot of technical terms which I do not understand. Charles is awesome.

We chose this company through Costco, and the final result is that our decision is correct. We change heater and all the duct, and installed a AC. The manager Jairo, the team leader Alvano and his crews, and final check out stuff Duy, everyone did wonderful job! We are really appreciate ! Especially we have a very cold winter right after the installation. Oh, and office staffs are very helpful too. After all, we are really happy with this project.

During the hottest day we have had this year our AC went out. From service request to arrival time we waited maybe an hour. The service tech was professional, explained what was going on and had us up and cooling quickly. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be using them again!

I installed a Lennox A/C system through COSTCO about 2 years ago and A-plus is the contractor for this. About one week ago, the thermostat broke. The display went blur and became almost not readable. This seems to be a very common problem when I search online as I saw similar problems are reported by our Lennox users.I called A-plus to fix the problem. First, A-Plus said they will come to do a diagnosis first for $120. I told them it is the thermostat display problem and no need for diagnosis. Then they said they can install a new thermostat for $350. What a rip off! I checked other local A/C service providers and they mostly charge $150 per hour for A/C services. Install a new thermostat may be the simplest service and can be done in half an hour. Not to mention that this is to fix an issue that should not happen in just 2 years.What a rip-off! I am really regret that I installed my A/C system with Costco. I trusted COSTO too much. I assume the service provider selected by COSTCO should have be similar to COSTCO, high qualify and relative low cost. But the service cost of A-PLUS is much higher than other regular service providers. At the end, I decided to use another local service provider to install the new thermostat with much lower cost.So, I just want to tell my story so that the other customer is aware of this before they make the decision to install A/C system through COSTCO using A-PLUS as the service contractor.Service: Install thermostat

We had a good experience with A Plus. They are super busy probably because of Costco, so if you are in a rush, I would look elsewhere. We had some time on our hands, because of our renovation, so it all worked out. Gals in the office were very responsive and field crews professional. Their prices were pretty much the best ones we got. I would recommend them but only if your not in a rush.

I wish I could have the chance to properly review them. They haven't gotten back with a quote despite promises of "I'll send you the quote tonight!" 3x times. After the 3rd phone call requesting a quote over 2 weeks, I think I have given up. I really thought I could rely on Costco's recommendation . . . guess not. A Plus Heating & Air-Conditioning - I want your service, I want to give you my money for what you do best . . . install furnaces and A/C, yet it seems like you have refused to take it. I'm a Costco lover. I shop there weekly. But shame on you for going with a sub-par vendor. As of now, definitely not A+. I can't wait to update this review when I get the quote and have them do the work.

Went with them for a heat pump upgrade from furnace air-conditioning system because they are the Costco provider. Big mistake! Should've checked Yelp reviews first! They came and swapped out our fully functioning system but left with a broken system. Over the weekend we were left with no air-conditioning in extreme heat. As a consequence, it made life for us miserable and unbearable. We have a baby at home. He was not able to sleep the entire weekend. We made several attempt to contact them over the weekend to see if they can remedy the situation to no avail. It finally took them till the end of the following week to fix the broken system. They made no special arrangement to try to get the needed parts earlier or faster. Following standard procedure for a mistake they've made. According to them, they've installed a broken system but were unwilling to take any responsibilities for putting installing it. Why would they put in a broken component in the first place? Any installer worth recommending would test new components before ripping apart the existing system... They've made no effort whatsoever to remedy the situation quickly and and no compensation for the misery we suffered in the 100F+ heat. We paid over $17,000 for a week of suffering. If you're okay paying premium pricing for someone to do subpar work, then this is the company for you. Otherwise, stay away. Don't go to them just because of Costco. Highly unrecommended.

We contacted Costco for an estimate after our 19 year ac failed on us. At first they gave us an appointment but then when no one showed up they told me all estimates were over the phone and Larry would call me in a few minutes. Larry was helpful, gave me the rational for the choices he would make. Let us know what he would do. Was able to shrink out costs because we had an ecobee already. All set but install date in 4 weeks out. I asked Larry what to do he explained to call the staff at the front to explain why, my wife has bad allergies and with the heat I had to open all the windows To cool the house. This was making her sicker. The front desk team was excellent they told me they will look at the schedule given my install was a one day job. They found a cancelation that we could take. The crew to install showed up on time. They were professional. Got the job done in 8 hrs. Overall good experience all around.

I contacted them through Costco because I wanted to install a Heat Pump to replace my gas heat and A/C units. I compared their bid with another company, and their pricing was not only better, but Darren, their sales person was very good at explaining the tradeoffs and configuring the right system for my needs. I was also very impressed with their crew who not only did an amazing job with the installation, but also went the extra mile in cleaning up and fixing a few other things that weren't related to the HVAC installation. Charged $230 but nothing fixed This person charged $230 to fill refrigerant and did nothing else. They did not open the A/C to look any other issues, claimed there was an unspecified "leak" that they did not want to look for and shrugged about the fact that the AC unit still did not work after the visit. Receipt will be uploaded as proof.

This is truly one person ruins it for all. We installed thru Costco, and from the sales to the installation, everything is close to perfect. Until recently called the office to ask them schedule the inspection (delayed due to Covid). After the installation, the staff at the office told us to wait because of the covid-19 and they'll give us a call or we can call back to ask about the inspection. A few months later now I called in and checked, the woman on the phone as me to schedule myself, told me that's my job. She kept saying she's not gonna wait for 30 mins on the phone to the city office for me (I called later on, no waiting). I'm happy to do that myself, but this woman, with no explanation, no apologize for the situation, simply keep interrupting me repeating I did not to speak to her and she doesn't know who I spoke to. It was such a small thing and I'd happy to take care of myself, but it's a shame that a company with a rather good service all along hire someone so incompetent to respond to customer inquiries.

Stellar experience through the entire process. We had our entire HVAC system replaced through them via Costco two years ago. The crew was timely, professional and worked quickly. Their salesperson was honest and patient, advising on the best options for our setup. The crew was done in a day, and we love our new unit. As a great touch, since the unit was installed in summer, they called us during the winter to ensure the heating system was working as expected as well. Two years in and the system works perfectly. Top notch and highly recommend!
