I went there for my car registration renewal. I was helped by Mrs. Sonam ,fijian american lady who is really good, smart,smiling, welcoming and fast in her work.She did my complete work with full satisfaction and .

Very friendly staff very helpful ...shree is very helpful and friendly...she got me my dmv sticker in minutes...special recognition to thuy ngo who is great at multitasking and answered all my AAA related sales and service needs & questions took care of my bill payments ...thank u again thuy will try to refer u more AAA... read full comment

The agent (Damien Carter) is very rude at AAA in Milpitas. Our policy was cancelled without any reasons, but he doesn't know until my lender notified me. When I try to ask him about his mistakes, he told me I should look for another insurance company.I will report this issue to the insurance commissioner
