I stayed here 3 different times, this is the final time I'll be here at this disgusting place, I'm used to staying at higher end, but I thought why not give this place a try and save some money, but uh after tonight 11/24/23 I'm done! I try being polite and nice to the stank bull frog looking miserable Indian woman and she forever has a nasty attitude! You want to get disrespectful, be prepared to get disrespected back, im used to ugly facially challenged women being jealous of me so thats nothing new, anyways, I told her about the heater not working in room 303, yeah you know who it is, its the black/ cuban Queen and ill say it to your face to. Anyway this miserable troll wanted to question me as to why I said something about it tonight and not yesterday, because I asked to switch rooms, like it's cold tonight, I had been gone all day as I work, go to the gym and got food, I was gone all day, and I don't need to explain myself to a dirty peasant! these Indians better check their tone, they are in the U.S. and nobody is going to put up with your disrespectful ways so you better knock that stuff off cause yall ain't nothing special. Then she sent I guess her husband or whoever up to check it out, and he fixed it, like ugh can't stand these people! If you have a problem with black people you need to take your immigrant racist selves back to India.

My boyfriend and I have been staying at America's Best Value Inn in Milpitas for the past two years. We found the room rates, quality and car safety to be much better than other local comparable hotels, Inns. The rooms are always clean as you get there, all lamps, lights work, very hot water, plenty of it, nice towels and ample parking. There is a small laundry room and ice on site. The management here is nice and the housekeeping staff works hard to keep all rooms clean. We have never seen a roach or even a bug here. Just because a hotel is 2+ or 3 stars it also is possible for it to have bed bugs or health problems. This place doesn't. I really wanted to do this review because even if I could afford a higher price hotel I still would stay here. When a place has great value for the money why stay elsewhere? Thank you America's Best Value Inn. We appreciate your hotel and all professional staff.Rooms: The rooms especially wheel chair assessable rooms are big in the bathroom, very spacious.MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE STAFF AT HOTELPlease make sure all rooms have soap dispensers installed at all Room sink and/or in shower area. Some rooms do not have soap dispensers near the sink at all. Nothing is there so we bring our own bottle of soap for that area in the room. The shower area is fine. I am sure you will address my concern promptly and will correct the situation soon and all rooms to make sure they ALL have soap dispensers. It's a cleanliness and Covid 19 issue of course.

Rooms are clean and very nice. Front desk and owners are amazing and nice. They have a housekeeper that only there Saturday and Sundays that is the best always asking if you need anything if the room is OK.overrall I have no complaints of this place do recommend this to others. Thank you to all the workers and owners.

This hotel is very clean and quiet. The rooms are extremely nice and the bed is comfortable. You get a microwave and a fridge in every room.

The customer service was horrendous!! They were all rude! It's too bad you can't find a hotel in Milpitas that's not owned by racist people. The area is beautiful but they made it a ugly experience visiting Milpitas the staff need customer service classes because obviously they think it's suitable to treat paying customers rudely. I understand most of them live there but if we're coming to visit your establishment for a vacation why do we have to deal with rude people at the front desk we're just trying to enjoy our vacation and we have to deal with this and the room was dingy and smelled. I will be reaching out to someone but not there because they're all family and nothing will be done about it. But I have friends in high places and that's why you should always be kind to people because you never no how they can affect your business!!!!!!

The room was very dirty, there were ants crawling everywhere, there was no soap to wash hands. The comforters and the sheets were VISIBLY soiled. The floor was dirty, it had weird smell to it. The walls, lamps and curtains were dirty. The only reason I gave service more than 1 star was they came into the room to spray….the ants….

Thank you. I like the bed, the flooring, the tub was cleann the room clean. Pillows suck but I usually bring my own pillows. 3rd floor great and quiet. Thankx again.

It looks lovely in the pictures and the outside. But once we got to the room it smelt weird, one of the lamps were dirty, little to no outlets, and worst of all we are just sitting in the bed and we can feel ants crawling.

Horrible customer service! Phone manners need a lot of work. I called to ask for room rate and after getting rate, asked for any military discount and was rudely told you just asked for the cheapest room and I gave you the price. Who talks like that?! Customer service retraining is in dire need here. Even if a customer is asking for something you don't provide, learn to be courteous and respond in a customer service oriented manner. Would never recommend this place to anyone I know!

Ended up staying here for a while. The lady at the front desk is ignorant and rude!!! I then called the front desk to speak to them about someone loitering by my door she said she saw no one and then hung up in my face! When I checked in, she never told me that I needed a pass code (she nor one of the other attendant's at the front desk) so that I could use my laptop. After being there for about 2 weeks...ROACHES!!! I went to the office and made the desk aware and was told that he would have housekeeping spray! WTH?! They need to hire an extermination company to spray this place. Housekeeping was asked to clean my room and they didn't even sweep the doggone floor because it was just as I left it. All in all, I like the location, it's close to the Great Mall and everything is close by. The manager is really nice so there are some positives here but the initial person I encountered when I checked in need's to go!!! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She really need's to understand how customer service work's especially when it comes to dealing directly with the public. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, I would because it's comfortable there and not a large hotel but more personal for me.

Adequate for me. Room was clean, smelled good on initial entry. Bed was comfortable. Good sized refrigerator and had a microwave. Well lit at night so I felt my vehicle was as safe as can be.See above. I did request a non smoking room. I saw a review that said their room smelled like cigarettes so.....get a non smoking room lol. My room smelled great.

Good place for one or two nights business travel. Clean, reasonably quiet, inexpensive but still had fridge and microwave. Flooring was a little odd, like a thin rubber wrestling mat but was cleaner than carpeting and maybe quieter than a hard floor. Not luxurious but all functional and decent value.
