This store is terrible. Turns out it is a corporate store. Unlike a franchise that someone actually owns this is run by corporate hired people with no one person that actuall cares about you the client / buyer. And, no one to fix the indemick problems with their organization. We waited to order a new bedroom set and paid the high cost for a nice set. The delivery like two months out. We accepted that with the supply line shortages but then the delivery was delayed several times without telling us. The furniture when it arrived was damaged, out of box, likely one or more items were returns and almost broken by the delivery persons as one was out of box and unsupported. If you try to call this store you check on status of delivery or even just to buy something you get put into a long corporate line of callers that can be 225 people deep and on hold for 30-45 minutes. Met with store manager and voiced concerns. She cringed but offered no solutions. I asked her to make it right somehow, nothing offerred. Definately would never shop there again. Shame on me for not checking Yelp before I showed up. The truth is always in the reviews. Sad to see I figured it out to late ;( DO NOT RISK YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

They have the worst service of all. Initial date for delivery was July20th and now it moved to Aug 30th.. I've been waiting for the order now over a month and they keep on extending the delivery dates. No follow ups and commitments. Very rude service. Finally ended up cancelling my order, Hope to get the refund back in time. fingers Cross!! Never Ever buy anything from them.

Whatever you do, do not buy in store (showroom)! Buy online! Had what started as a good experience which turned into a horrible experience the next day. My husband and I had been shopping for a sofa and visited many furniture stores and had a few options in mind, we came to Ashley's to see what their options were and if there was a sofa that we liked more and maybe a better deal. We went in last Sunday and after browsing a bit the store manager that day, male, came up to us and offered his help, sorry I don't remember his name but he is very nice and approachable. He informed us about the financing options available and that he would be happy to help us in anything and work some deals as well. That Sunday we found the couch we wanted, decent price, we decided to go home and think about it and return the next day. Yesterday, Monday, we went back around 3pm and luckily he was in store but getting ready to leave for the day. We had decided on a loveseat but after looking at it a second time and sitting on it, we decided we wanted the sofa instead for only $20 more! So, before purchasing we said we were going to go home and measure to make sure that the sofa would fit. Before leaving, the male manager referred us to a salesperson because he was leaving and he said that he would take care of us and if anything he can always call him on his cellphone. We went home, came back an hour later, we were decided on purchasing the sofa. We start the checkout process with the salesperson, he asks if we are interested in the protection plan to which we answer no. Don't really like them, don't end up using them and the few times I have, it has been a headache. He was pushing in telling us that accident happen and its better to have it than not. We reassured him a few times that we didn't need it and prefer taking our chances. He didn't seem to happy about it, I am sure they receive commission on them. We proceed to the payment portion and tells us that our $779 sofa came out to a total of over $1,000! Upon asking why, he told us that the shipping was $130, that is ridiculous. We asked if we could pick up in store and he said no, we would have to drive all the way to Lanthrop warehouse if we wanted to pick it up! We said other places offer free shipping he says they don't just two options, pay for delivery or pick up at Lanthrop. We said no and that we would like him to call his manager whom we were working with earlier. He didn't, he left and then came back with the onsite manager who was a woman, and she had the worst attitude from the beginning. She approached us, didn't introduce herself or anything and said, "ok, you guys don't want protection, you don't want to pay for delivery, and you don't want to pick it up, so what are we going to do?!" We told her that we don't need protection plan and that $130 for delivery is too much and would like other options, we didn't need assembly since it is just a sofa. She was rude and proceeds to say that we don't understand how business works, she asks, "what do you do for a living?" we told her that is irrelevant, she asks again more annoyed, "it is relevant you should know how business works, what do you do for a living?!" Told her again that our employment has nothing to do with their store or delivery. We told her that other furniture stores offer free delivery and she said, "we are not other stores, we don't carry items here because this is a "showroom" this is what we do, you want the sofa or not?" At that moment we said we prefer taking our business elsewhere. We stood up and walked out. We really like that sofa, when we got home we decided to see if the shipping was the same when buying online...NOPE! There are two delivery options, the $130 where they deliver and assemble into the room (white glove) and the FREE delivery which is just dropping off at the door, which is what we had asked for! There was also a deal of $100 OFF when subscribing to their newslette

Wish I could give 0 stars. Both manager David and assistant manager / sales lead Christina are jokes, making the company look bad. Would never buy from them again, take your business to living spaces!!!!! I've been waiting for a call back from Christina for about three weeks now, and the manager about a week now.. When they say they'll do something they NEVER do so essentially you have to do their jobs for them. They have been "working" on my mattress exchange / return for about 2 months now, both of them giving me the run around and lies, I think if they're going to lie to clients the least they can do is come up w a lie that aligns together. Currently on the phone w corporate to let them know what going on, and getting my refund or exchange that took them 2 months :)

Love the place for it's selection and interior ideas! I haven't bought anything from this place though! Way out of budget!

If I could give a negative star I would. This place sucks, furniture is garage and customer service is even worse. don't try calling them because they don't ever answer. It's like pulling teeth to get a response.

Probably the worst experience I've had in an American store. Was promised a $300 gift card when made a major purchase, the salesperson forgot to add it to my account. A month later, came in - the guy's gone and initially the store refused to honor the credit. Then, they honored only $150 and after lengthy negotiation - $200.Then, I tried buying a $130 bed stand, they claimed to be out of stock -- but it was IN stock on the website. They double checked - SO IT IS.Then they tried to charge me $70 for delivery -- I said the website says delivery is FREE -- they double checked -- SO IT IS AGAIN.Now, I only needed to pay $153 for the stand, but they took ALL $200 in store credit as payment.... AND the delivery will only happen in 3+ weeks, while the website claimed to deliver in <1week.Several employees are nice, but the store is horrible in general. They need to manage it much better, including their OWN website.

Turaab was awesome. He was so professional and knowledgeable. He patiently went through all the options that we had and helped us pick our living and family room sofas. Kudos to Turaab and Ashley furniture is lucky to have him.

It was a pleasant experience my first time looking at items. It wasn’t busy and my salesperson only had me literally only me in the store. The second time it wasn’t all that great. This is the time I actually came and purchase items. The same salesperson was to busy helping another customer that instead of pawing me on someone else she just kept going back and forth. She wasn’t giving great service to either because even the other guy was getting frustrated even tho she was shopping closer to them. But once I bought the stuff she failed to tell me that the bed for my child doesn’t have a mattress or size. So once we were checked out I asked about it since I didn’t see it on the receipt. She asked “oh you needed one.” Well obviously I was a little irritated by the obvious question. Also, failed to inform me that once it got delivered the assembly of the bed was not included. Also, I was planning on buying a few more stuff but since she seemed rushed to get me out I was just like whatever and checked out with what I had in the cart. Like I said go when it’s empty they pay more attention to you.

Went in to buy a sofa with my girlfriend. She finally found a sofa she was interested in. And rather initiating the sale. The salesman argued that the sectional wouldn’t fit in any apartment. She politely let him know that we’d already done the measurements and that it would fit fine. However, he continued to argue that it wouldn’t. We left after that. However, there was a woman working in the store who was really nice and giving us advice on couches as we shopped. She was very friendly and down to earth.

This is the worst furniture store! They have the worst sales associates and zero customer service. They make promises about on-time delivery and how they have every single item you order till you pay. Once they receive the payment, they let you know OOPS! one of the items is not in stock so your delivery gets pushed off.The day before delivery they call to confirm the items that will be delivered and make you wait the entire day only to NOT deliver your items. I had to go to the store again and spend 2 hours figuring out what went wrong with the furniture I ordered and they let me know that one of the bedroom sets I ordered is discontinued. The manager gave me his personal cell number and asked me to let him know when things get delivered. The next day, they delivered the bed frame with no bed foundation and mattress, and a damaged dresser. Called the manager left him voice messages and texted him but no reply. If you want to stress and deal with headaches then this is the ideal place for this!

Horrible customer service in regards with the couch pick up. I specifically instructed them how to communicate with me (through text only), they chose not to follow. Made me wait. Kept on postponing with the pick up schedule with several different dates!! Not respect my time. Not feel valued as their customer. Never again I'll buy any from Ashley Furniture ever!

If i can give half a star i would !! This place is a waste of time ! Saw a 14 piece set for a certain price and was looking to purchase it. the salesman was a great help and she had told us that whatever you see here is what’s included. Manager came along and told us otherwise. She told us that what you see is not what’s included and you have to go around the store and find something at the same value or lower for the certain piece . she would show us around the store and say this something you can get part of that price and it would an ugly looking table. The 14 piece is a scam at this certain location. Do not trust this location !!

Never recommend,By far the worst experience ever. Not sure where to even start!Well for starters my order was delayed yet I get no type of update. but Partial order didn’t ever have an estimated delivery date. Like I am just suppose to know?! After trying to call the store on multiple occasions not once, was I able to speak with a member. I actually had to go in person to figure out what was happening, when I stop at store they told me your card is declined although they already charged to my account, then I stop to a bank ask them for Statement With the providing Statement, shows that the Ashley furniture got the payment. They ask me pay again, so I paid them again with different card, And I didn't got the refund yet, Finally I was able to dispute the transaction with my bank. Don't ever stop there
