The local ATT store in Milpitas (McCarthy Ranch) will not even acknowledge the over-heating issue with the iPhone15 Pro line. We went to return said phone within two days of getting it in the mail (the store was out of it when we purchased it).The manager said, "they have not heard of the over-heating issues" and they will charge the $54 restocking fee.This is a mockery of the buying experience at ATT, the blatant lying to customers that pay over $200 monthly. Shame :0(

Thank you, Cesar @ McCarthy Milpitas store, for being understanding how frustrated I was(phone was stolen/lost) and patiently assisting me on getting a new SIM issued and installed on a temporary phone we had. This means a lot to me since life without an active phone line and live chat with family is insane. Thanks again!

If I could put zero star review, I would. I had the worst in-store experience here. Considering this is a “corporate” location. The manager of Milpitas AT&T store is very disrespectful. The associates were helpful, but the manager Josh, I cannot say he was helpful. I came regarding my late fathers account. Rather than standing up from his seat to talk to me or even have any human decency to say his condolences and ask how he can help. He remain in his seat and spoke to me 15 feet away, WHILE still in a sitting position. He didn’t explain to me clearly they need an “original” copy of a death certificate, he questioned me with an interrogation tone if I have the physical sheet with me instead because a pdf copy would not suffice. And that they can’t print it for me. So you’re telling me this whole store doesn’t use a printer or paper? WHO would falsified a death certificate especially their own fathers? I left this store feeling extremely helpless and so disrespected by the manager of this store. I will not return here or return to be a customer of AT&T. No wonder this is the only location in the area with below average reviews. Get some customer service training.

I swear to Gee Oh DEE Jeff is by far the worst manager in this place, he is obviously misinformed on what he has to know as not only an at&t employee but as a supervisor. It's honestly beyond me how this guy is even in the position he is in. Here we go: I wanted to upgrade my iPhone and called before hand letting him know that I had a prepaid account and wanted to stop by today to do a trade in and he was well aware of all this information. So I drive 22 minutes to their location and proceed to wait behind 3 customers being helped which added another 20 minutes to the my clock. I'm finally seen and guess what? I can't do trade ins if I my phone is under a prepaid account. Wait a minute, I specifically told the MANAGER over the phone before hand that I am coming to do a trade in to upgrade phones and I have a prepaid account..surprise! Jeff disappeared to the back conveniently, oh and I forgot to mention I overheard him berate an employee whom is at least 15 years his senior for being too loud with the guy he was helping. It was honestly quite unnecessary and it just seems like dude is going through a major power trip. This guy needs to study up on work ethic and most importantly AT&T policy terms and agreements. What a waste of my time and my day, every time I come to this location it's been a circus, a lot of umms and uhhhs and inconsistencies because these poor kids haven't been trained properly by upper management. Get it together, y'all making Verizon look good and that's a TERRIBLE service

Today I had to go the At&T store to transfer my account. We had great service Raj and Jesse, helped us out greatly. We had some great conversations while waiting for our accounts to be transferred. i would highly recommend going to this store

Incredibly disappointed in the service we received. We had an appointment and still had to wait. We then had to call customer service FROM the store because customer service needed to make notes, even though we were in the store! No one was able to assist us and the notes made by customer service were apparently not available to the people in the store. It's going to be much easier just to switch companies.

Customers be ware. Do not put cash into the machine to pay your bill unless it's the exact amount.On October 2nd 2022 the machine swallowed my $100 bill without giving me change Back, which was a lot more than the amount due.When I complained to the manager and customer service on the phone they told me it's added to my credit (without my permission).When I told them I am willing to close my account they told me that it would cost me a fee of $20.What a rip off from a big micky mouse establishment. I'm closing the account anyway.

I came here hoping for a quick interaction but ended up leaving because the wait was too long. This was mid-day on a weekday, it could have been a random surge or they are short-staffed. Was funny to see a person waiting taking a nap (see photo). ;-)

Worst customer service ever. I visited the store and got a new phone and no one ever mentioned but activating the sim nor did they tell me how it is done. Tried calling the store literally 10 times and at the 11th time they answer with a stinking attitude saying, We just sell phone. We do not help with activation." Please visit other stores. This is worst. Did not expect this from AT&T. Its been 3 days. I am not able to use my phone as there is no network.

I been a loyal at&t customer for over 3 years now and am very outraged of the continual bad service and constant manipulation of being excessively over charged on phone line services one time after another. in Nov21st of 2021 I turned my new iPhone back with it time for return policy but recently realized at&t been charging g me for the installment on an occurring monthly basis that total $489.00 as if last month. Not only that they used the wrong IME that totally confused all at&t employee when trying to resolve many issues with phone in the past l. To make a long story short an at&t employee was the only who caught this over the years and brought it to her supervisor attention . They immediately gave me credit of $489.00 to pay off my installment plan but after careful evaluation of the credit I realized that instead they should have omitted the installment plan and forward me a check of a refund of $489.00. at&t just based on my experience alone obviously doesn't care about a little person like me and always seems to justify their insidious behaviors by manipulating and financially sticking it to their customer even when the facts or records so that they are wrong. A PISSED VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER, going back to BOOSTMOBILE. One thing you can count on with BOOSTMOBILE no 3. 1. They value their customers,2. reception better than most carriers( their owned by Sprint), 3 theres no tricksor surprised when you get your monthly bill it's $50.00 unlimited talk, tex guaranteed And if they are in the wrong my experiences in the past they have always made things right and didn't have me on hold unlike at&t. Thanks at&t for STICKING IT to me financially again for a bill that is outrageous and not my fault. Thanks for nothing not resolving the issues but quick to rip off a loyal customer. This review mainly for corporate office customer arrive by phone . i called told them the situation they have all the facts but continue not to resolve the issue and stuck me with the bill never the less. at&t is all about loyalty and greed at the expense of any customer.
