They have done a great job for sending my balik bayan boxes. to all the people that sens 3-3 stars and complain. About how long it’s going to take before receiving it. It is all depends if you send box 3 months before holidays of course it won’t get to the destination before Christmas ! Hello people. I have no complaints for this place

Worst shipper i've dealt with. My package was delayed and opened lost a lot of valuables. I emailed their support team and they denied it!! They said that the box wasn't opened and it arrived in a good condition. Good condition what??? Pwe! Even stuffed toys were stolen. Wtf. So desperate!!

I never go and review businesses but if only I can give a zero star I would. This company is being ran by not so intelligent people. I am really wondering how can they run a business like this. They give you different dates of arrival of your shipped boxes and even at the last minute, they will change that on you. You cannot do anything but accept their incapability to give good customer service. Their phone reps are so high up the ground that they don't care if they are rude to you and disrespect you. This is by far the least competitive freight company. I wish I used their competitor instead. I traded 50 miles for almost a month worth of delay and very frustrating conversations ever. I wish this company to either improve or be penalized.

The bad thing is, we really do not have a lot of choices on sending boxes to the Philippines. They are kinda it. So we have to suck it up and just use them. We "shipped" our box first week of October. Thinking that is enough time to get the box before Christmas. Well, it's now Christmas and the freaking box is not delivered yet! But if you go to their site, they advertise 30-35 days delivery time! They lie! Lie! Lie! Like! I wonder if I can sue for false advertising?

Worst shipper!!! Dont use this shipment company! Sent my package last october hoping my family will receive it before christmas. Saw in the tracking that it will arrive at dec 2. Then it was moved to dec 13. Now dec 16. And 2-4 working days to be released at the customs. In short my package will not arrive before christmas and might arrived next year. So yeah, dont use atlas!!! Use other courier!!!! Worst courier!!!! Dont use Atlas!!!!

Worst shipper ever! If I could give 0 star, I would. Bad experience for at least a first time box sender. This shipping company will definitely get you traumatized to send anything international. I scheduled my pick up a week before and said they'll call a day before the scheduled pick up for a time confirmation but never received a phone call from them til I have to call them on the scheduled day just to tell me that they will just pick up my box the next day. Some BS. They will decide whenever they wanna pick up your item so stay on your ground for your scheduled appointment.

they will give you 2 hours window to pick up your shipment which is unreasonable. i don't get it. it's not like a phone or cable company that they need to check/fix something inside the house. they only need to pick up a box- 30 minutes is more acceptable. WORSE: they scheduled a pick up of 6-8am on a weekday but did not show up until after 9am.

Worst shippers. Do not waste your time with them because they will literally waste your time if you even try. I called them to pick up my box and cancelled my appointments today and they never picked up my item.

We've been using Atlas for years. But they don't fail to disappoint us one shipment or another. We used their service once again this year because it's more convenient for us, their office is near our new home. This time the shipment is delayed and it's more than 3 months now. We dropped off this box on June 2022 then another box in July 2022. Conveniently box one's junior box arrived at their warehouse on Sept 3 and the macho box it's paired with was left out... box two came and was delivered just the other week.. as of this writing box 1 is nowhere to be found (the status they gave me was eta Aug 31 moved to eta Sept 19 moved to eta Sept 23, it's now the 30th in Ph)

Im not the type of person who leaves review, but this one is appalling. My 3 packages was picked up by an atlas agent back in dec2021, i paid $300 for it. It's now march2022 and my boxes cannot be located. We have tried all the numbers available to call and nobody can find the invoice number. Everytime i reach out, they just tell me to call another number. I called the number and then i was told they would call me back, but no one has ever called me back or try to see how they can help me. I have been talking to the agent who picked up my boxes and all she can say is she doesn't know and is not communicating effectively. So now im missing 3 boxes for my family and lost $300 of my hard earned money. And they won't do anything to help or solve it.

They are very unprofessional. Instead of clarifying things why I haven't received my box yet, they just delete your comment on FB so it wouldn't leave a bad dent on their page. Don't rely on Atlas for your balikbayan boxes. I wouldn't recommend them. It takes a long time for your boxes to arrive because they don't dispatch them right away plus they're more expensive compared to others. They claim that they ship your junior box for free but you have to pay for the cost of the box.

WORST shipping experience ever. Dropped off my box on Dec. 21. My tracking code says it wasn't loaded into the container until Jan. 4 and did not even depart the origin facility until Jan. 18. When I checked my tracking code again in February, the shipment date was updated to March 8, over three months later than the estimate and double the time that customers are told their boxes would arrive. NO STATUS UPDATE PROVIDED BY ATLAS. I received the first call from Atlas today, only to tell me that they revised my ETA to April 5, over four months since drop-off. Only reason they gave is that the "shipment lane is congested" (and omitted the fact that it's still "in California" until I called). No, my box has not even left the States yet. Why update the customer only two days prior to the revised ETA? Most of the food and goods in my package will be expired by the time they arrive to my family. On top of this, Atlas REFUSES to give me even a partial refund. I understand delays due to the pandemic, but the lack of communication and consolation is a TERRIBLE customer experience and policy that they refuse to improve. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never using Atlas ever again, and you should not waste your time or money with Atlas, either. If I were you, I'd go with another vendor.
