There was one rep at the store when I visited, but the rep was helpful and able to get what I need done. My application, transferring from other carrier to ATT, is complicated. But at the end everything works out and I am happy for the visit. The reason for not giving five stars is they probably need more staffs, especially in a shopping mall.

Less than a year ago I purchased 2 cases from the AT&T store. About 1.5-2 weeks ago I went to the AT&T store at the Great Mall with both my iPhone 14 Pro and my son's iPhone 13 Pro Max. My son's iPhone phone was actually the AT&T brand and mine was the BodyGuardz brand screen protectors. I brought both iPhones in to get our screen protectors replace. The lady who is supposed to be the store manager checked the receipt and replaced my damaged screen protector with the AT&T brand and told me to go online to register my son's iPhone for I get his iPhone 13 Pro Max through BodyGuardz which I did while I was at the store. The lady replaced it and never gave me the old screen protector or the box she opened so I'm guessing she toss it away. Later on after recieving my screen protectors, I notice the screen protector does not look the same and noticed the old BodyGaurdz box was smaller than this new box. I tried calling before going into the AT&T store because within 2 days, I realized I have a cracked on my iPhone. Didn't think it would be a problem for them to exchange it back to the correct brand but they refused to fix it. The lady Helen called the district manager named Dan to explain the situation and had been no help. Helen put me on speaker and I explained the situation that the brands of the screens has been switched by mistakes and want to replace it back to BodyGuardz for my iPhone 14 Pro. He told me I have to pay full price for either the AT&T brand or the BodyGuardz since there's no receipt of the AT&T brand for iPhone 14 Pro. Because the receipt that I have doesn't match with the same brand. I called AT& T customer service and they apologized for how I was being treated. Anyways AT&T gave me the Area Manager contact information and I called him to explained the situation. He called the AT&T store and I went back and got it replaced with the correct brand so it doesn't mess up my warranty. We have many iPhones in different versions so now I have to make sure it's replace with the right screen protectors because whenever it needs to be replace it, it has to be the same old screen protector to be sent back. Otherwise you'll have to pay full price if the one being sent back is not the same one.

John was rude and sarcastic. I know for a fact he doesn’t treat everybody the same here. My mother came to inquire about our phone service. I had to step in because he was speaking to my mother in a belittling manner. Every time she asked a question he cut her off before she could finish a sentence. He was trying to rush us as if he was uninterested in assisting us. John kept saying I don’t know what you want. I asked John if you work in customer service how do you get away with being son rude and sarcastic. John is a poor representation of AT&T and I hope Ms. Alondra his store manager trains him better. It was his arrogance and his lack of efforts to assist us, which made us have to walk out.

Please don’t go here to make edits to your plan, they are not actual AT&T corporate , just an authorized dealer so they don’t really know enough. The representative mislead me about the process to move from prepaid to postpaid, I ended up wasting a lot of time.

Horrible staff and service. When we entered the store no one told us what to do. We had an appointment at 6:30 and no one turned to help. I had to literally stop random employee and push for my turn. Pathetic customer service, Hope I don’t have to go in their store ever again!

Stood there for 10 minutes. There was no other customer and 3 people were busy talking to themselves and on the phones. Didn't even acknowledge my existence! Worst customer service ever.
