Bad service, I paid 45 dollars for a glass change and then for each glass change they will charge me 10 dollars and now they tell me that they do not respond to me for the glass and that I have to pay the 45 dollars again

Today, June 15, 2024, I visited the store to upgrade my iPhone. We were greeted by the manager, Luis, who promptly found someone to assist us. We were then helped by Angel.
Wanting a quick process, I informed Angel that I needed an upgrade to the iPhone 15 Pro. I specified the line I was upgrading, the model, color, and memory I wanted. He asked if we wanted insurance or AppleCare, and I declined, explaining that I take good care of my phones. This is where the conversation took a negative turn.
Angel asked, "Why not?"
I explained my reasoning.
Angel responded, "You do know that if it breaks, you are responsible for the damages."
I replied, "I understand and I'm okay with paying for any damages, if needed."
Angel then said, "Well, why can't you just pay for the phone upfront if you don't care about damaging it? Can you afford it upfront?"
At this point, my husband intervened due to Angel's demeaning tone. Angel then asked my husband, "Well, where do you work?" This led to a verbal altercation, during which Angel stood up and got in my husband's face. We requested to speak to a manager, and Luis came over to address the situation. He assisted us and our experience with him was fine.
However, I am extremely disappointed with our encounter with Angel. The reasons for my yearly phone upgrades and decision not to get insurance are my business. Angel had no right to question our employment or financial status.
This incident occurred in front of my six-year-old, who was distressed and confused by the conflict. Angel's behavior was disrespectful, demeaning, judgmental, and arrogant. We have been loyal AT&T customers for almost 20 years and have never had such an experience. AT&T needs to either train their employees better or hire more qualified candidates.

Waited 30min before someone came up to me to take my name, told me they're understaffed and guy complained how he hasn't gone on lunch. After 15 more minutes, advisor seemed reluctant to help explore my options and heavily pushed me to order everything online. Waste of time

Gael was amazing! He assisted as soon as I walked through the door, I did not have to wait. He got my information and got into my account, then he was able to activate my device to my account. If I had the chance, I would love to work with him again! He he as very helpful.

Raj Marwha was absolutely phenomenal in understanding the problems, my needs and demonstrated tremendous patience as he worked through with AT&T Helpdesk in sorting out problems. He is very personable and customer centric. This experience with him stands out and from here on I will always go back to the store for all my needs to meet him

Employees are indifferent and not solution-oriented. They did not help me and their energy is very low . I don't plan on going again because my time is valuable.
