I am new to the area and was looking to get a flat repaired. I called the shop and was given a time slot. Orlando started on time, finished in half the quoted time and charged me less than quoted, all while making sure that I have wifi while wait on the sofa. WTH, this is real old school service. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Don’t go there! I took my car in for a brake change, and before even inspecting it, they told me I needed to replace both the brake pads and the rotors. Their attitude was basically “You don’t know cars, so we’ll take advantage of you”. The quote they gave me was ridiculously high. They don’t care about your car, they only care about how to make the most money off of you. STAY AWAY from this place!

Been awhile since I came to Auto Innovations. At least 4 yrs ago. They usually do my alignment and tires on my WRX. But I sold that car and got into the truck world. Still have the truck but got back into coupe and sedan so I needed someone I trust to work on my car again when it comes to tires wheels and alignment. I know buying wheels for $1200 these days is just regular price for a nice set because people paying $4-7k for BBS or Volk but I wanted to go somewhere that will take care of my wheels no matter how cheap or expensive they are and Auto Innovations is the place to go.
Also Auto Innovations customer service is great as always!

My neighbor recommended me Auto Innovation and I have been going there for more than 5 years. I have changed tiers on one car and done alignment and balancing on other cars. Service is excellent and price is less than other places.

Yeah baby! Long story short. 2001 Mustang Bullitt. The insides of the front tires get shredded. The last place said I needed c/c plates to fix that. But I didn't trust them. Orlando and this place, they got the front alignment 100% in spec only with changing the camber bolts. Cheaper. 😁 I really like Orlando. Very straight forward. Bam, bam, bam, done. I also like a very specific tire, and a lot of places can't or won't get them but he did, w/o much markup. 👍 I'll be back. My family has 5 cars total!

Shop wasn't able to align my classic Ford but referred me to a shop that could (Freeman Frame). Very appreciative of that extra effort that they took when they didn't have to.

Auto Innovations is the best for tires and suspension work. Quality is hard to find these days and the price is great too. Check what you will actually pay at Costco with all of the fees included then call AI. Their price is out the door so remember that. Been going to AI for years and recommend them to everyone I know.

Been here numerous times. Great shop with great attention to detail. They will not scratch your wheels! They know how to do a proper alignment as well. Skip the chain tire shops and go here. Ask for Orlando, but they are all helpful and awesome

Never had any issues with this tire shop. Orlando is great to talk to. Everyone is friendly in general. Still make the drive to South Bay just to get my tires rotated by them. My friend uses them for tire alignment and had good service from them as well.

Brought my car in for tire mounting and alignment. Orlando took me right away when I arrived and I was out in under 2 hours. They have a lobby with a desk so it's very convenient to do any work. I highly recommend calling a week or two ahead as they are by appointment only and pretty booked out. Their prices are also the cheapest around for high quality work.
