When you go to autozone, it’s probably because you’re in need of help with your car. just maybe. i definitely was! i was only expecting to get some antifreeze but instead got so much more help than i dared ask for ! terry took it upon himself to help me fix a broken part of my car ( with permission of course ) and was so kind throughout it all. this is what i picture when a business says they care about you. terry made a big problem seem less intimidating and i was able to drive my car in just a few short hours ! the customer service here is amazing, especially when attitudes aren’t something you can train. terry did an amazing job along with his coworker, and i’m so impressed and pleased. these are the team members you want to keep around, they are so worth it . they definitely deserve to be recognized.

The quality of work was great and the people that run the place are nice. Alex was helpful and the end result was just what I was looking for. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I had told them I would be there at 10AM earlier in the week(posted opening time) and when I got there nobody was in sight. I sent them a message on Instagram they said someone would be on the way. My gf and I waited almost an hour for someone to arrive. If you're a new business trying to gain reputation I don't think opening late is the best thing to do. Alex was very apologetic and overall everything was good. This was just MY experience for that day.

I came here to get a chrome delete on my 2018 honda accord grill and I was very satisfied with their work. I even came back so they could fix a corner that was coming off and they immediately fixed for me plus they gave a year warranty on the labor which is awesome! On top of this they gave such a great price! I will definitely be come back here to get more work done on my car. I highly recommend these guys, they are truly professionals!

Alex from Autozoo was excellent! His customer service was prompt and reasonably priced. Product was what I wanted and he and his team delivered. Promised time right in the dot. Highly recommend these guys! Got my car roof vinyl wrapped with Avery Dennison gloss black and it looks amazing! Thanks guys! Highly recommend Autozoo for your car accessories.

I have my 2014 Land Rover Evoque Pure serviced here. The Technician is professional on Europe. I'm satisfied on their work. The car is clean and runs great when I pick my Land Rover up! Thank U will come back again

Autozoo is a newly opened store in my area. I see they are on 50% off promotion on exterior detailing so I think why not give them a try. It turned out that Alex and Jason were really nice and professional. They also helped to clean the interior of my car for free. I think because they just settled down in Milpitas and have been trying to do the best work for every customer to build the reputation. I'd like to give a good review to start with and hope they keep up with their good work. I'll surely give a followup update on my next visit.

They're new to the Bay but not new to wrapping - they're originally from SD and their employees are awesome. They'll take care of you and your car as if it's their own!
