RUN do not buy from this website. They don't allow returns and the clothes are not made well enough to take that chance!!! I wish I had known. Terrible to have no returns on online shopping. rip off alert

Terrible experience with them, bought items from them. No final sales showing when purchasing. Called them next day early in the morning and requested a cancellation (the order hasn't been processed yet when I called). The agent told me she will go ahead and cancel the order but in a couple of hours they ship the items! I called back and they said we cannot be helpful with cancelation request!

One of my favorite stores; the shipment arrived as I was coming inside! I found some adorable things to launch me into spring and summer, and they were already 40 percent off. I like what they offer in the Khaki attire here because it's feminine, and I like that. One more thing, the clothes are unique, more tapered and chic. This Banana Republic is spacious. You have the men's section on one side and the women's on the other. The sale section here is unbeatable.

We got great experience and will be coming back because of Sales Assistant we met. Her name is Amrisha. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and with very professional work ethic. She patiently helped us while we are in the store with all our needs. If store’s management is looking someone to promote, that should be Amrisha. Thanks.

Called to check on stock of an item since I need to exchange a damaged item received in the mail. Left on and off hold for 15 minutes for the employee to finally say they were “too busy” to look up stock ? seriously??

I found the store layout confusing, as it wasn't clear where men's clothes were relative to women's clothes. I also couldn't find anything in my size (Men's M, 32/30 pants).

Love the clothing they have here. It’s gotten expensive, though I understand why since they’ve moved into the “Safari” theme on their website, so the store has been updated which is nice. Employees are very nice, and there is a lot to choose from at this store. You can find lots of quality clothing that could be for work or just convenient/modest clothing for out and about. Very well cleaned and maintained store as well.

Every time I buy T-shirts from here, it shrinks by 3 - 4 inches. Poor Quality of T-shirts.

Sauntered into this store while going around the Great Mall. They had a decent selection and a lot of good sales. The employees were friendly and helpful.
