Lightning protection! ! Customer service is not online 24/7 at all! ! And the attitude is very bad! When I asked customer service to confirm the process on the day the car was shipped, the reply was that I would be refunded and asked to find another company! The price is more expensive than other companies!

Three months ago, my Mazda SUV and Toyota Minivan were shipped from the San Francisco Bay Area to New York through Bailongma. Both are large vehicles. Many transportation companies have reported that it is particularly difficult for trucks in the Bay Area to transport vehicles due to the Tesla factory. Some drivers also asked for an increase in price. In the end, Bailongma helped us deliver the two large trucks to New York on time at a reasonable price. The cars were in good condition and basically arrived on the scheduled date. Last week we needed to return to the Bay Area from New York. We immediately contacted Bailongma and helped us transport two large trucks from New York back to the San Francisco Bay Area. Because we were repeat customers, the customer service also gave us some discounts on the trucks. The driver came to pick up the car the next day. This time it was the same as last time, very punctual and reliable, so I wrote such a long paragraph in the hope that it would be helpful to the Chinese people in the future when choosing a truck company.

Bailongma Company successfully transported my big machine from New York to California. Although it was two to three hundred yuan more expensive than some American companies, the on-call customer service responses throughout the process made me feel particularly reassured. I also paid some extra money to put my motorcycle and a bunch of luggage in the car, and nothing was lost after the car was delivered.The service is simply great. It is a rare and reliable Chinese company. Highly recommended!
