Avoid This Shop – Broke the car and are not fit to talk to Insurance. Their supervisor is the laziest person i have seen so far.

I recently had repairs done on my Honda Accord at Caliber Collision in Milpitas, CA, after it was hit on the left rear. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! The service provided by Abel Carrasco was exceptional, and technician Gabriel Carrasco did an outstanding job on the repairs. I will definitely be taking my other cars to Caliber Collision for future work. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place at all cost. They take their own sweet time to even get started with your repair. The skinny guy and the lady sitting in the front desk try to find new reasons to avoid customers. The supervisor is never at the desk to take your call.
Moreover repairs take months to complete. I think they don't hire the right people or pay the right salary to employees. Very discriminative!

Avoid This Shop – They Broke Our Car and Denied Responsibility!
We took our car to Caliber Collision Milpitas for repairs through Progressive. What a nightmare this turned out to be.
When we picked up the car, we immediately noticed that the airbag warning light was on. This had never happened in the 10+ years we’ve owned the vehicle. We have before-and-after photos of the dashboard that clearly show the airbag system was perfectly fine before the repair.
After many frustrating calls, we were told we had to pay out of pocket to have the issue diagnosed at the dealership—something we shouldn’t have had to do, considering the car was damaged while under their care.
The dealer’s inspection confirmed that the SRS module had been replaced and was not compatible with our car. There’s absolutely no doubt that something happened during the repair that caused this problem. Yet Caliber Collision denies all responsibility and refuses to fix it.
This place not only failed to fix our car properly, they actually made it worse. Now we’re left with an airbag system that doesn’t work and a huge bill. Do not trust Caliber Collision Milpitas. They break things, cover it up, and leave you to deal with the mess.

From the moment I came into Caliber I was greeted and had a piece of mind my car was being taking care of. Will was amazing throughout the entire process, super communicative, and felt great hearing all my updates even up to the pick up of my car! Thank you Will and entire team at Caliber in Milpitas !!

If you want it done right, with high-quality workmanship, this is the place. Have used their services twice (BMW and Hyundai), both with amazing, caring customer service. Jacob and Will handled my car and listened to my needs and concerns; they were knowledgeable and transparent, communicating often. Car looks like nothing ever happened, paint color and gloss matched exactly, sensors working perfectly, and more importantly a peace of mind that it was fixed right.

Caliber Collision spent far too much time on repairs, and there was even a case where the wrong part was delivered, causing us to spend an additional three months renting a car—costing nearly $5,000—all of which we had to bear. Their estimated pickup date keeps getting postponed and can not confirm the actual delivery date, we’ve had to repeatedly visit the short-term rental company to renew our contracts, which has resulted in significant time and manpower costs. It was a very poor experience.
