I bought something at the store and the cashier put the items into a bag for me. When I got home, I realized one item was missing — a pack of men’s underwear, which also happened to be the most expensive item in my purchase that day. Since I don’t live nearby, I’m not able to go back to pick it up. 🥲

I recently visited the Calvin Klein outlet at Great Mall, and it was a very disappointing experience. The store was incredibly messy, with clothes all mixed up and scattered everywhere. For a prestigious brand like Calvin Klein, this is unacceptable and does not reflect well on their image.
To make matters worse, the fitting room was closed at 4 PM. I drove all the way from Mountain View specifically to try on some clothes, only to be told that the fitting room wouldn’t reopen until the next day. This was both inconvenient and frustrating.
Additionally, the staff was rude and unhelpful, which added to the unpleasant experience. Overall, this visit fell far below my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Calvin Klein deserves better representation than this poorly managed outlet.

I needed some slacks for my new job. Came into Calvin Klein and joakim assisted me through my purchase. Fantastic customer service. Very personable. If I had a Calvin Klein store I would hire him immediately. Awesome!

I went this store to return my online order. I filed my return online and print the return slip (followed all the instructions asked). But the store asked me to show the original card I used and claimed that you can’t return the order without the original card because they have a restricted policy. They refused to use Apple Pay to return my order. What the most ridiculous thing is, my friend went to return on the same day, she can use Apple Pay to return but I can not. What a restricted policy!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Been here 2 times and both times I've been extremely pleased. The manager is also very helpful and she walks around the store to make sure everything is running smoothly. Some shirts are very limited when it comes to size but other than that there is a great selection, great staff, great prices, and great ambiance!
