I needed some slacks for my new job. Came into Calvin Klein and joakim assisted me through my purchase. Fantastic customer service. Very personable. If I had a Calvin Klein store I would hire him immediately. Awesome!

I went this store to return my online order. I filed my return online and print the return slip (followed all the instructions asked). But the store asked me to show the original card I used and claimed that you can’t return the order without the original card because they have a restricted policy. They refused to use Apple Pay to return my order. What the most ridiculous thing is, my friend went to return on the same day, she can use Apple Pay to return but I can not. What a restricted policy!

I am a fan of this store until a new worker come and he was terrible not friendly and give me not good experience to shop there. He is A guy with a curl middle hair. I will never come back to this store if i saw him inside.

Trash delivery , always delayed. I placed order on 6/4 now it’s 6/15. 10days delivery is a joke. It’s actually 12-13 days delivery.

BEWARE OF CALVIN KLEIN! Don't buy anything from Calvin Klein as it's IMPOSSIBLE to get your money back for any returns. When you call their customer service number, they say that they will be right back and have to look into your account! They NEVER return to your call!Don't BUY CALVIN KLEIN!!

They close earlier than the rest of the mall does. Last time I was here it wasn't closing time but they kicked everybody out and locked the doors. Usually stores won't let new people in but let the remaining customers go to the check out line. Here they just close everything even if it isn't 9 pm yet. Another time I came in during the early morning but they closed the doors at 2 pm. Why does the management give the employees shifts if they're going to send people home so early. They have a good selection of sizes and most things are well organized. I once went to a Calvin Klein lingerie store that had no dressing rooms, they told people to buy things and try them on in the food court bathroom. At least this place has dressing rooms. Also make sure to inspect everything for stitching/stains, since it's an outlet. When I was looking at bras they put too many hangers on one rod so it was crammed. Just touching the tags to look at the sizes made multiple bras fall to the ground. Really annoying. When I asked an employee for a dressing room he took a hanger holding underwear off of my backpack. If he didn't take it off I could have walked out of the store and not noticed.

This store has a lot of good stuff and clothing to buy especially when they go on sale or during the holidays. The only problem is you never know when the price will drop. Its just a matter of checking in from time to time. I bought a black vest that was $68 and after christmas it dropped down to $40. I've been looking for that type of vest and asked one of the staff members if the price will drop and he said no. Luckily, I stopped by a week later and discovered that it did drop! I was very thankful for Niko who is the store manager to accommodate my request and price match what I originally paid for to the marked down price. He was very friendly and understanding. Had great customer service and for that reason I will definitely be back!
