I am very apprehensive about saying anything either way because I just moved in. I am not getting cozy in case I need to move again. I am weary of the rate increasing at all. I installed my own security cameras because of past facilities so i covered that concern myself. My hopes is that this facility isn't like my last storage unit I was at. We need more people that own these types of companies to be more customer service oriented and not so greedy. Everyone is struggling and it seems our fellow Americans only care about making more money and hiking rates. Grant it this is more of a rant, but I'll come back in six months to leave a better review of my experience. The man at the front was pleasant. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Hassan does a really good job in keeping the facility in good hands and also taking care of the tenants who rents the storages throughout the facility, he has taken care of me in finding a storage for my vehicle and also a storage for my personal items, he also notified me that my car cover was about to come off due to the high winds, and he also assisted me and helped me in tying down my new right fit car cover that I had recently purchased!! GOOD JOB HASSAN!

Today is Friday the guy working was awesome helped me pick a perfect storage by showing me he skipped lunch to close me up on a new storage and first I want to say it’s so clean and it’s secure I love that but customer service excellent!

Cote was very informative and answered all of my questions. He explained everything I needed to know so everything should be in order for renting a unit. Hasan was also very helpful. He followed up to let me know the days they were closed and was helpful with completing the final steps necessary to rent the units.
