STAY AWAY!!!! I called and asked if I can bring my baby for piercing and if I would need an appointment or can I walk in. The lady on the phone assured me I could walk in.I show up 45 mins later and she tells me since then people have made appointments so they can help us in an hour. (We could see no one was there at the time).We step out into the mall and come back an hour later only to see the store is closed!!There was no need to lie to us. She could have turned us away when we showed up instead of waisting our entire afternoon. Better still could have said that on the phone when I told her I am on my way.If they couldn't help us they should have been honest and upfront.Is the manager/ owner is reading this and you care about your business, fire the girl on the shift. It's the afternoon of Dec 18th 2023.

The girl who did the piercing for my daughter was fast and explained the process to my daughter and I. We have previously come to this location and at that time they had enough people to do both eat piercings at the same time which really helps when you have little kids.

When it comes to fun accessories, this is definitely the place I go to. Their clearance section is basically the best deal in town when it comes to accessories. Care for your little one and do not go for piercing at Claires, specially this location.Really bad customer service by the store manager. She was super rude and didn’t care about the piercing gone wrong.
