I’ve literally never experienced something like this before and was honestly shocked. When we went in to return an item, the male employee treated us with disrespect and made a blatantly racist comment. As Chinese Americans we were told something along the lines of “you can’t return things you got fake from China.” I was stunned and flabbergasted that this could still happen today…..??? We never said we got it from China??? I wonder how this store trains their employees but it’s really sad that people still have these views… racism is alive and well folks

Store is located in Seattle premium outlet. Nice collection and all sizes available, staff is very courteous.

Great prices compared to online shopping. I saw a jacket that I have been eyeing for but there’s no available XS size. However, the sale associate was helpful and offered to order online in the store and ship it for free instead with the same price that they were offering at the store. I checked the online price and it was 19.48% off sale while the store offered more discount at 60%. So overall, it was worth it to go to the store. They have friendly sales associates who would check on your needs. First time shopping here and I had a good experience so far.

Salesperson M…e Is very helpful employee at this store, I’ve been buying Cole Haan shoes for very long time and I’ve owned without exaggeration at least 20 + pairs. Even though I was ready to walk out because previous employee had more important job to do then helping me find the right size, she took over and I walked out with 2 pairs in my size.

Cole Haan, in my opinion, has the best shoes. I own 10 pairs of shoes, 4 pairs are dress shoes. They are super comfortable.

Great shoes for a reasonable price in the Great Mall of Milpitas. I actually went in to purchase shoes for my niece,... since she lives in Southern Ca. she was able to put them on hold. Actually, the store prices were very reasonable and the actually had an assortment of size 10 she's, which is highly unusual. In addition to my nieces shoes, I also purchased toe pair. Way-to-go Cole Haan and thank you customer service, because she "rocked"

Unhelpful staffs!! Just doing something with laptop and ignoring customers. An old woman came and ask if they have size 6 for the shoes, he was standing at conner and pointed to somewhere she could not find the shoes. She walked around and look for her shoes in hopeless.
