Save your time and buy from Amazon.
The customer service is non existent. We got shoes from the store, 3 weeks after we have a part of the shoe falling off. I emailed crocs and they told me only the store can do the return. I had to drive for 70 minutes to return.
The associate told me I cannot return since they’re used before. I told him I return / swap bc they’re falling apart, which he told me something Crocs don’t care about.
The manager told me to go find another pair myself despite the store being packed and me being with a stroller. I brought the new pair back, got a mark on receipt that it was replaced, but when I asked to give me a copy of a new receipt she refused saying they not going to change if it breaks again. I was not able to get refund as well.
The WORST service quality. If you sell $45 dollars kids shoes with low quality at least hire better team to fix issues
After I got home and looked at the policy online i found that my case was eligible for refund, but I was denied by 2 associates

Very small store but there is a great collection. All you need to do is keep bugging the store person to find you the right size. Sometimes they can’t handle the crowd and the store person not having enough knowledge if we ask questions about finding right model. That’s why the 4 star.

Store manager especially the heavy guy scams customers while processing returns and then acts rudely to try and justify his action. Their business ain't going to last very long with that attitude.

It was my first time coming to this store and I even have to use GPS to find it inside the mall ? I came to exchange what I ordered online. It was an easy transaction and the person at the cashier was very helpful. I forgot his name but even if they were extremely busy that day because it was Memorial Day weekend, he did not rush and found the size and color that I needed. I actually end up buying more. Thank you so much!

Super rude employees, don’t have any sense of how to talk to customers. I went to return the crocs I got online which didn’t fit well. Can’t allow water bottle in store. Also, the bag costs $2.49 and they don’t give a box as well, that’s crazy. Never going into this store again and buying online.

Was in the store browsing for 15 minutes. Right before we checkout an employee tells us we can’t have the boba tea drinks in the store. Theyre located right next to the food court and dont have anything saying that drinks are not allowed posted anywhere. We were even welcomed in by another employee I’ll be buying online from now on and not dealing with rude employees arbitrarily enforcing a nonexistant policy.
