Orderd a couple of things online and it turned out to be a mess. In addition, they need to work on customer service and the sooner the better. I have been to other CVS locations with better customer service and I know they can do better.

Horrible as usual. I'll continue to check in and give negative reviews until something changes. The pharmacy needs to hire appropriate staff to support their customers needs. They should also be more courteous!

Came to pickup a photo magnet that I had ordered online. When I got there they stuck a regular photo onto the back of a magnet.. and it wasn't aligned so some of the stickiness from the magnet was showing. The worker was nice to offer to print the pic again but their system wasn't working.. so I walked out with a bad photo magnet

I called first to ask if they service passport picture and if I need to make an appointment. They informed me I did not need to and I can walk in. I drove there and the cashier called for passport service on the intercom. 10 min passed and she apologized for the wait. Then another few minutes she said can you go somewhere else cause we don't have anyone. Wth?!? Are you shortstaffed? maybe don't have this service here if you can't provide the service? I walked out pissed off, what a waste of time.

I spent 4 hours driving to 5 CVS stores trying to find my medication because their stupid system didn't show which store had it and they didn't pick up calls, not after I waited for 30 minutes for each store.

No employees at the registers at all one working the aisles, they have two restrooms visible to the customers from the floor of which are locked that I understand one was occupied, I walked and found the employee and asked if they could unlock the restroom that the customer just came out of, she told me straight faced that the bathrooms are not for customers only for employees. The person using the restroom was not dressed as an employee and went straight to buying lottery tickets (I would presume on the clock if he was an employee) if there are no publicly available restrooms it needs to be posted.

Worst experience with the rep at the counter..we wanted passport size print from email and the rep directed us to the printing machine..We took 2 2x2 pics..The photos came out in the same photosheet..We asked the rep whether she could cut the pics using the blade she already had..she rudely rejected saying that she cant do it as that was not a part of the service..We even asked her to give her the blade so that we could cut..but she did not give it..just a bad customer service.

Pharmacy is a mess, everybody moves at a very slow pace, despite long lines every time. Pharmacy manager must take action. It didn't used to be this way, they had 1 guy who used to work 2 registers and there was never a line. In and out. Would appreciate if y'all could fix this ASAP or I'll need to go somewhere else

I had my haircut done next door and I thought I'd check out CVS. The first thing I noticed was their beauty section. It's well organized and has a variety of hair products. I remember when CVS first opened this cosmetics section that they had two beauticians. Unfortunately not many people knew about this so I haven't seen them anymore but at least the cosmetics are well stocked. They do have this nice Minute Clinic which looks like a small clinic inside the store. No one is there on the weekend it seems. You can easily find what you need in the beauty section. I have pictures to show. If you need something, you have no problem finding it.

This is regarding the store and not the pharmacy. Since they remodeled the store it is almost beautiful inside. It is well-lit with bright lighting, and the layout is now well organized and holds a bigger selection than before. The shelves are full and offer all kinds of merchandise. They have always had a good selection of seasonal merchandise. There are two self-service checkout machines in the front which are remarkably programmed to be more efficient than any I've ever seen, so you can quickly check out and not wait in line so much. (The only blip was that our email of record flashed by so fast on the screen that I couldn't check it for accuracy and hence we haven't received an email receipt yet.) More employees are evidently on duty now. Plus, they have a great website, offer special services, and are listed as being open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. I wonder if they don't want elderly customers, though. I was checking out at the kiosk and an employee startled me by rushing up to me from the back of the store and coldly and harshly asked me if I needed help. Why? They paid for a fancy remodeling job of the restrooms, which had been open for the last 30 years at least. Now there is a white sheet over the entry to that area, and it seems one has to "pass muster" to be allowed to enter, otherwise they are "out of order." They could post a "no public restroom" sign instead.

Long line and wait time to pick up medication. The solution supposed to be mixed by pharmacist but it was not done at pick up.

My reoccurring prescription was submitted by doctor as 45 pills for which CVS charged over $11. I was hungry so wasn't paying attention. I was only given 15 pills and the charge was over what I normally pay. Back to CVS to get it corrected to 45 pills and was charged a bit over $2. What a difference!I'll be checking for correct medication, number of pills, and cost more closely in the future...and so should you!

Poorest pharmacy that I have been to. Either people are not available to support or the available people don't work effectively. Though this is the closest CVS available I'll consider skipping this location.

Crazy con-artist phone operator. Was very lazy and didn't even bother to check on the shelf for an item. Gave that fake work ethic and was not helpful. Who would want to go to this pharmacy to meet unfriendly staff like this?
