Very bad customer service, I was going to buy some shoes and there was no one to help me, I looked for someone and there were not those who attend, I would definitely not buy in this store because of the bad service. There may be good quality shoes but in terms of 1 star service.

Went to return shoes I purchased from this location the shoes were unworn, I had the original receipt (I was also within the 90 day return policy), and I had the card I paid with and they said in there system my card was coming up as a prepaid card (when it is not) and they said they couldn’t return my money I asked to speak with a manager and the manager did not look over anything and just started to tell me he couldn’t do anything for me and also said I had to call customer service which I did and they said that the store should of been able to adjust the refund option to return my money I went back to the store and they still refused and said it’s because of there system and they couldn’t

Came in to check out their cycling shorts ....and walked over to the sunglasses Julian came over and asked if I needed some assistance and helped me buy a pair of Oakley sunglasses I love my purchase Julian gave awesome customer service ? will be back.

Thank you from Kevin! I bought a bike there and Sam, I think his name was Sam or John.. or Paul? Peter maybe? I’m sorry I have trouble remembering. Well Sam I am doesn’t eat green eggs and Ham but is an amazing bike technician. He made sure I had a proper bike and made sure I went home happy. He took the time to explain and educate me about bicycles and spruced up the bike so I can confidently enjoy riding it. I’m still not that bike savvy so I hope I can learn more but if I need to learn something I feel better knowing that Dick’s has a great technician so I can learn more. Have a nice day and I’ll make sure to get the name right on my next visit.

The sales associate was unable to process my return and made the return process more complicated. I wasted my time, and nothing could be done! If I could give minus star I would do it.

Horrible store to say less. Trying to buy shoes and besides no floor associates to help, after a long time waiting, they refuse to get the items on the inventory. Completely joke

Dick's Sporting Goods online system and customer service are JOKES !! Item showed in stock at Milpitas Store. Ordered for in-store pickup. Item wasn't there when I got to store. Received 4 emails from Dick's, varying from: 1) order received - can pick up soon 2) ready for pickup in one hour 3) item being processed for pickup at another store (did NOT indicate what store location !) 4) Item not in stock at Milpitas I needed the item today - purchased it elsewhere. Then I spent the next hour and 1/2 unsuccessfully trying to cancel the order. Online ? Didn't work - "looped" back to original email. Phone ? Customer service was no help - wouldn't/couldn't cancel order. Back to Dick's Milpitas, where CARLOS helped me. Great employee !! Don't order from Dick's online. TERRIBLE system. Never again . . .

A terrible way to kick off the holidays... My friend came asking to try out golf clubs and GEORGE, the store manager, came out saying "are u guys gonna screw around or buy something". And he proceeded to kick us out the store and say he'd call the cops??? LIKE WHATTT?!?? This all happened in less than 2 minutes and the guy escalated beyond necessary. I feel bad for the guy he doesn't deserve the position he's in. Clearly desensitized and doesn't understand the simplest work ethics and basic customer sales

Very bad service! We were looking at the gym equipment to buy some weights for me and my friend, and as we put down the weights very gently we were being kicked out by the manager for making too much "noise" when we weren't anything at ALL. I highly insist you look the other way and don't spend any money at this piece of junk store. The customer service is awful and the manager is super disrespectful, very mean to Kids! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!
