I went here twice and tried to give me hard time about deposit &change money.A lady who told me that we charge for changing money.WHAT??I open account at this bank.ARE YOU KIDDING ME?I am sure that I will cancel my account at this bank .I don't want to see those unhappy faces of this bank when they service every time.

Went in here trying to close & transfer an IRA to a 401k but they had no idea how to do it and had to call the back office. They took over 20 minutes and still couldn't couldn't address my questions regarding the process. I got so fed up and was already pressed for time that I left. I had to call my home branch to get my questions answered and I'd figured I'll drop in again the next time. Well, next time comes and Lizzie L. (customer service lead) was NOT helpful. She said I could NOT close my IRA since I'm not at age yet. WTH? I asked how I'm supposed to get my money and she replied, "You have to wait until your 59 1/2". Jaw dropped and flabbergasted how stupid that answer was. How can a person work at a bank as a Customer Service lead and not know basics of accounts??? Best is to go to another location or don't even bother banking with them. I'm glad my account is finally closed.

Worst service ever. They would call you repeatedly without leaving a voice mail, just to verify a check and if you didn't respond in 2 hours, they would bounce the check and charge you for that. They don't care if you happen to be sleeping, in a meeting, or on a plane. 2 hours is their deadline. You should never have to deal with this kind of harrassive and unreasonable service.
