used Eco Office to help furnish our new office in Jack London Square, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Matt was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. His suggestions for the design were thoughtful and helped guide the process.
The initial design was shared in Excel, which provided a basic layout. When I requested more detail, they promptly provided a catalog with pictures, making decision-making much easier. The colors and designs we received matched the catalog perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by how accurate the color selections were.
On installation day, Jose and his team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked efficiently and ensured that the space was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated.
I’ll use Eco Office again when we move to a larger space. Highly recommended!

We are recent survivors of the Palisades Fire, which destroyed both my office, my husband’s office, and our home. In the aftermath of this catastrophe, we were completely overwhelmed. When you lose everything, your brain just stops working—every decision feels monumental, and there are too many to make.
We called Eco, and they were incredible. From the moment Joe realized we were paralyzed by the weight of it all, he stepped in with patience, compassion, and professionalism. He didn’t just ask what we wanted—he helped us figure out what we needed.
When the sun is shining, everyone is your friend. But when disaster strikes, that’s when you find out who your real friends are. Eco is now part of our family.

I found EcoOffice in a Google search, among many other vendors. We were looking for 14 cubicles for our new office. EcoOffice was the most responsive and most flexible. They have inventory for a lot of budgets. I worked with Tess from beginning to end, from planning, to products, and pricing. She was able to tailor everything to our needs. She was very patient with us and very professional. Delivery was fast and smooth, everything was on time and the EcoOffice team assembled everything fast. They know what they are doing

The product and service provided by ECO Office were both amazing. Matt Benak worked with us for weeks to find all the right configurations. He performed so many drawing iterations and went way above and beyond in his service level. He even had to customize a desk size to make a firm partner happy. He was extremely patient during this back-and-forth process. He was very professional, as were the install team. Kudos to them, too.
From the first call I made to ECO Office, Matt’s communication was terrific. He said we would be able to furnish our entire new suite within our budget and guided me to the right products. Not knowing anything about modular/modern day office furniture, Matt explained everything in detail and was available every step of the way and all the way through our last items being in our hands.
Coming from a law office with traditional, dark, heavy furniture, we weren’t 100% sure that the new products would be as sturdy and functional. To our surprise, everything we selected is extremely functional and styled to fit our new (more modern) office space.
I would use ECO Office again and would definitely ask for Matt Benak.

We are very pleased with the customer service we received at ECO Office. Matt Benak and his team of technicians like Jose in the installation dept. are awesome at what they do and provide. they work very well together from the conceptual office visit to the day of installation of arriving on time and completing the task in a timely and professional manner.

Eco Office installed a conversion kit to our cubicle desks to make them electronically operated sit/stand desks. They came out to complete the work and were so quick and efficient the downtime was next to nothing. I experienced an issue with mine after the installer had left and was able to trouble shoot it with Joe over email and he quickly ordered a replacement part and they came back to fix it. I highly recommend Eco Office and Joe to anyone looking to improve their office setup.

I've ordered the conference tables for our office, and I must say, Matt was a great help throughout the entire process. The furniture looks modern, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. They understood my time constraints and were willing to help me meet my deadline.

Matt and his installation crew are easy to work with, on time, and ask the right questions to ensure the end result is to specification and done right. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? Customer service is definitely not this company's forte! Will not use them again or recommend them.

We've purchased new furniture and refurbed cubicles from Eco Office and are extremely satisfied with the pricing, installation service provided and quality of the new and used furniture. Joe Cain was our sales rep and communicated well throughout the entire process. The installation team was prompt, professional and left the area clean of any packing material. Best of all, the cost was lower than we received from any other company. I HIGHLY recommend contacting ECO Office for cubicles and office furniture!!!
