We've purchased new furniture and refurbed cubicles from Eco Office and are extremely satisfied with the pricing, installation service provided and quality of the new and used furniture. Joe Cain was our sales rep and communicated well throughout the entire process. The installation team was prompt, professional and left the area clean of any packing material. Best of all, the cost was lower than we received from any other company. I HIGHLY recommend contacting ECO Office for cubicles and office furniture!!!

Eco Office has helped my office with a lot of projects (both big and small) but I have only recently worked with the company myself. Matt is very competent and easy to work with, even after my myriad of requests and changes to my requests. Orlando did the installation work this last time around and was very friendly, professional, and quick. I've enjoyed my interactions with Eco Office and look forward to more.

Scheduled an appointment several weeks in advance and the day of the appointment they just didn’t show up. Tried calling and texting yet never heard back. I got a refund and wouldn’t suggest anyone else bother with Rob and his business. What a crock.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eco Office for all your office needs! We had a fire in our commercial building two years ago and reached out to Matt Benak to get replacement furniture for our 27 cubicle open office area, 3 conference rooms, breakroom, and front lobby. Matt invited me down to their showroom in Milpitas (Pre-COVID) and look at the various selections. The detail that Matt put into it was awesome he came down to the office and took measurements (remember Pre-COVID) explained to me what they can do. We did maybe 2 small revisions and done, then sent me a quote. Due to this being an insurance claim Matt followed up with me which made me feel that they wanted the business and that is what I look for. Fast forward almost 2 years later we were able to move forward on the insurance side and gave the PO to Matt and scheduling was simple and easy with no hassle. They were able to get everything installed in LESS than 2 days! All their workers had the proper PPE (Masks, gloves, sanitizer) and they kept our safety a major priority. Thank You Matt and the Eco Office team for a job well done!

My home office is now officially better than my "real" office. Thanks to Tess at Eco Office, the design and installation of my desk is perfect. It functions better than what I left behind in the official office. Thank you!! PS - Installer Cruz was equally as flawless.

Thank you, Eco Office!! About a month back I needed to get an adjustable desk and ergo chair for my home office due to the shelter-in-place order. You guys made it easy. When I called to inquire about your options, the receptionist provided me with information on what products you had and details on the ordering process. I was connected with a project manager who helped me figure out what was the best option for my home office and my budget (these were important concerns for me so thank you again for answering all my questions). I was initially bummed that your showroom was temporarily closed as I wanted to test drive your products, but understand your safety concerns given the current state of things. The project manager was very accommodating in making sure all my needs were met and in addressing any concerns. (They really do have an intimate understanding of their product line which ultimately made deciding what to get a lot easier.) Installation was a breeze. Seriously, it took about 20 minutes and the installers were very professional. Thank you again for being awesome. Very much appreciated!

Aweful customer service. You'd think with the reduced overall business and the plethora of people working from home right now, they'd flex to meet the needs of the customer... But you'd be wrong. I needed an office chair for my business, seeing nothing on their website regarding closures I emailed them in the morning to inquire if their showroom was open. Not having received a reply by 12:30 I decided to drop by and see since it was just around the corner. The loading bay door was wide open so I walked up to the office door to find it also unlocked. There was no one in the lobby so I pressed the buzzer on the desk that indicated ring for assistance... No one came. I pressed it again, several times, and still no one came. I finally called the local number they had pasted to the window and told the woman who answered that I was standing in their Milpitas showroom lobby wanting to look at their office chairs and despite earnestly pressing the aforementioned buzzer, I have yet to see any one. The woman was bewildered for a moment, apparently incapable of comprehending the notion that the entire world had not come to a screeching halt, and then sheepishly told me their showroom was closed due to the Covid emergency. I guess they didn't read the Health Order closely because it clearly allows "Businesses that supply other Essential Businesses with support or supplies necessary to operate" to also remain open... Section 13(f)(xix) I told her it would have been nice if their webpage indicate that or if someone had actually answered my email from hours earlier... She told me she'd get their tech folks right on that. So I asked her if I was out of luck? to which she replied, "Well, I can help you place an order..." This was the last straw... I will shamelessly point out that I am a Certified Office Ergo Evaluator and I didn't see the point of argueing the merits of actually sitting in a chair before purchasing it with someone so obviously clueless! T I decided this company was no longer worth wasting my time over and told her no thanks, I'll just source my chair elsewhere.

We needed a bunch of cubicles, chairs desks etc. We were pleasantly surprised that we got everything in just a few weeks and the quality was better than we expected. Def. recommend them. I'll follow-up with another review in a few months after we're fully up-and-running.
