The front guest person was more than helpful, the breakfast was nice for something quick. We stayed here and rode the train to the 49ers game, the train was pretty packed. Worth saving $100 if you don’t wanna park.

Stayed here for a family Christmas gathering. The staff was great and friendly.Hotel facilities (gym, parking, coffee, and other amenities are great)Based on personal experience: Perfect if you have 4-5 persons per family per room. Our room has a kitchenette, a fridge (regular size), Dishwasher, sink, cutlery, dishes, a sofa (turns into a comfortable bed), 2 queen bed, nice size desk.Mornings, great breakfast with hot food bars that serve different types of breakfast hashes and eggs. There are a couple of nights - fun times with free wine. This is my new favorite place to be for a family stay. .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Element San Jose Milpitas hotel and it was nothing short of incredible, I must say.?The staff's warm and genuine hospitality made me feel like a valued guest right from my first day.Breakfast was also good with a smile and tasty food from a hotel staff named "Mariza" !! She serves with a smile and I like this kind of attitude from the staff.I wholeheartedly recommend Element San Jose Milpitas to anyone seeking a hotel experience with its outstanding service, elegant ambiance.I can not wait to return to this hotel this coming year! Yes, next month Im gonna stay there again for a couple of weeks!??SEE YOU THEN....

Hotel was great - everything looks new and clean. Staff were super friendly, they have happy hour on the weekdays with free beer and wine, and a great coffee machine with hot chocolate on 24hours a day. Location is out of the way but not bad if you’re driving anyway.

Traveler beware. The manager of this hotel, Kevin Phoerdian, does not honor prepaid reservation nor Bonvoy Elite member status. I reserved and paid in advance and found that I my paid room was given to someone else after I paid weeks in advance for it. Horrible news to find out at check in after a long travel and work day. What does that say about Marriot brand as a whole.

The breakfast is fantastic. Although the sink is a bit clogged in the room. Everything is good overall.

Amazing hotel! Very clean, new rooms. Cozy bed was really easy to sleep in, the only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is a little low, but I absolutely will stay again.

I had high hopes for this place. I made reservations at this hotel because my usual hotel in the Bay area was not available. The hotel itself was good. It was in a good location. We were given a nice room on the fourth floor. The room was everything we asked for with a king bed and a nice size kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The bathroom was good with a nice size shower with good water pressure. Body wash and conditioning shampoo were from Pharmacopia. The room itself was great. Breakfast was served downstairs in the morning. If kale stopped being trendy, this hotel did not get the memo as kale was served every morning for breakfast. To go with kale, they had Marissa cooking something different every morning. Some of their offerings included tacos, avocado toast (with kale), and strawberry crepes. Only one morning did they offer some kind of breakfast meats. I believe Marissa could've cooked your eggs to order. In addition to the hot food, they also had a yogurt station where you could make parfaits, various breads, and a kale salad. They also have a fancy espresso machine that could make various drinks. They have an evening appetizer of various cheeses, bread, olives and adult beverages. The hotel has a nice size gym with elliptical machines and treadmills. They had several weight machines, including machines for legs and back. The staff was good and friendly. Some staff seemed to explain things better than others. So why the 2 stars when everything else was pretty good? My employer started using virtual cash payments and this was my first experience with it. I called the hotel a few days before my arrival to make sure that they knew how to process a virtual payment. The front desk clerk assured me that he did. When I checked in, they had me use my personal credit card for incidentals. No biggie. On the day I checked out, instead of charging my stay to my virtual payment, they charged the entire stay to my personal credit card. I called and spoke to several front desk clerks, and they all said they would look into it, but, no one has been able to correct it. Unfortunately, my virtual credit card is now expired and my employer will now take months to process my expenses.

This was a tricky one for me. The staff was absolutely AMAZING, let me start off with that before I go into any more details. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. Enjoyed the huge suite and comfortable beds. The breakfast was not great. They had some things like crepes, eggs, etc being cooked but you had to wait in a line (I think). It wasn't explained properly. The rest of the food was okay. They had bread, cereal, toast, muffins, even some gluten free options. The music was SO LOUD during breakfast that we went out to eat most of the time.We had a few things go wrong: an outlet sparked and ruined my phone charger but they quickly took the price of a new one off our bill.On our 3rd night we had an upstairs neighbor that kept us up all night. The next night Madison got us to a new room. She was SO sweet and was absolutely wonderful the whole time we stayed there. The hotel was, in general, noisey. Even after we moved to the top floor I heard lots of freeway noise and doors slamming. Nothing horrible, but if you're a light sleeper like Mr, it can get annoying. However, this was not the staffs fault at all, just how the hotel was built.Overall, I don't think I would go back because of the breakfast and the noise, but it was conveniently located and the staff was awesome.

Good hotel for business travel, I stayed here for 3 weeks and the rooms are really confortable.Cons:- they promise to clean up everything every week and do a fast clean everyday; in reality my camera was always a mess and everytime I have ask the reception to schedule a cleaning- the swimming pool is in front of the parking lot, they could cover the fence to give more privacy to the customer

Great location off I-880 and State Route 237 for business or pleasure, especially if you are attending an event at Levi's Stadium, going to a meeting or convention at Santa Clara Convention Center, or visiting California's Great America theme park. Hotel is also very close to Milpitas Square, an outdoor shopping mall featuring numerous Asian eateries. Modern designed room was close to brand new and had great amenities, the biggest being the brand's Heavenly Beds and in-room full kitchen. We also liked the TV options which allow you to connect to Amazon or Netflix or watch Showtime. Also, complimentary breakfast is offered daily and includes hot cooked to order breakfast as well as grab and go and American and Continental selections, including Yogurt Parfait.Other features of the hotel are free Wi-Fi, a fitness center and outdoor heated pool. Not to forget, the hotel is pet friendly. If you are looking for a clean, modern, and quiet hotel in Silicon Valley, the Element San Jose Milpitas is a good choice.

This hotel was amazing! I LOVED LOVED LOVED my room. It was super duper clean! The staff had AMAZING personalities. No one had a bad attitude, ever. The climate control within the room was fantastic. It actually cooled down. It wasn't on that cooling /heating system like a lot of the other hotels in the area, where everyone has to agree whether they want heat or AC. I run hot, even in the cooler months and can't be waking up in the middle of the night acting like I'm in the middle of pre-menopause. There's been a lot of break-ins to cars at other hotels but this hotel has 24/7 guard. They literally were doing their job, and doing it so well. I didn't see them on their phone, I didn't see them sleeping, I didn't see them slacking off, I saw Hard Working security guards patrolling the guest parking lot to make sure everything was safe and secure.! I love this place and will definitely be coming back.
