This is really disapointing. First of all it says that it is in the Honda building but it really is at Toyota. No signs are pointing to the desk at all. Then other taähan Hertz or Avis they reqiuire that you have a car insurance which nobody toöd me even when I stated at the phone whiöe reserving that I am from Germany. Please do not book with them… for me it was a 1 hour walk without being successful while I just wanted to have a car for 2 days… don‘t go there without asking for all details and documents they need.

Interior of the rental cars are not cleaned during turnover. I rented a car with snack wrappers in cup holders, mud all over mats, crumbs in the seats, long dog hair all over the 2nd row and trunk. Not worth it.

I get my Truck and SUV serviced at Toyota where Exec Rent a Car is located. The ladies that help me are great! Quick, informative and always happy to help. Since I know the drill, I’ll come up, have my DL, Credit Card and emailed insurance card ready. I have never had a problem. Keep up the solid work and thank you for having many vehicles available to rent.
