THANK YOU DENISE & DANIEL! I’m an artist and needed to ship a large framed painting overseas. Denise went above and beyond—ordering a custom box, packing it beautifully, keeping me updated, and leaving detailed instructions for when I returned a few days later. Daniel handled all the paperwork with patience and great attention to detail. Thanks to their care, my painting arrived safely overseas. I’ll definitely be using their services again!

I thought I had a one-off experience, but looking at past reviews, it seems to be the norm at this location instead.
The lady at the counter refused to accept my return package, saying it is not packed tightly enough, which is weird, since it was the exact same box it was delivered in, a few days ago. I am sure she was just trying to make some extra money by trying to sell me some packing supplies.
Reading some past reviews, looks like others have had the same experience at this center. Best to avoid this location for any future needs.

I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. I came in to return a package using the original packaging it was shipped to me in. However, the staff refused to accept it, claiming the box was “too big” and “not filled properly”—even though this was exactly how the merchant originally shipped it to me via FedEx.
When I questioned why a package can be shipped to me in this condition but can’t be returned from me in the same condition, the staff were rude and dismissive, simply repeating that they “have standards” and that I would have to pay to have it repacked—otherwise they would not ship it. No explanation of the supposed “standard” was provided.
I ended up taking the exact same package to a FedEx Ship Center, and they accepted it without any issue or question.
This location clearly lacks consistency, professionalism, and customer service. I would not recommend coming here—take your business to a proper FedEx Ship Center instead.

I was served Rahsaan in a Saturday AM. Rahsaan was fully polite, professional, competent, fast, definitely does not deserve 2.9 stars at the time of this writing.
This particular shopping complex can be a garbage fire in general as far as traffic and waits. This might be situational, the location of the store and getting slammed, causing the rating, not the staff themselves. Although if that is the case I would encourage management to re-evaluate whether their staffing meets needs.

Be careful when buy anything here to check make sure they charge the price different in the tag…in the tags $799 but they charge me $899 and the service too slow.

Staff refused to ship a personal package to international address. He claimed my package “exported goods”. I tried to explain but he just cut me off. Definitely rude, he didn’t respond to my greetings either.
Successfully shipped my package with UPS, no issue at all.

Took passport photos that were rejected by the passport office. Didn't even cut the photos out of the paper, but told me to go use the paper cutter.

Had a really disappointing experience at this FedEx location. The staff member named Danial was rude. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day—if you’re not willing to provide basic customer service, you shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. There was no professionalism or courtesy.

It was amazing experience. I had my papers printed and bounded. Every person in the shop was nice but special cheers to Rahsaan. Explained everything I needed and made my experience way better than expected.
