Just left had a horrible experience! I was looking through cheap home cases jetting to find one that would get me by for now the store manager literally came u to me yelling at me to not not make or leave a mess when I was done made me feel bad and uncomfortable the other clerk I tried explaining this to was no better I never had a experience like this before both employees store manager and cashier did not wear name badges so I can not mention names this was the Great Mall Milpitas N Calif correction from first sentence phone cases

This store customer service is horrible, first of all I came in for return and Manuel who works here had attitude saying well you used the items we can’t return… well yes because the bottle is leaking water that’s why and I have to put water to know is leaking… and I told him that I don’t have the receipt but I have the card that I used when I purchased. He was like well I can’t do your return man! Well I was here last time and someone told us that they can do without the receipt but will be more work. Here we are having horrible customer service and walk out the store without any help from them. Terrible customer service!

Bought a wireless portable charger last week and the item works fine. Staff are amazing people where they helped me smoothly at checkout and how they were able to help get the item that I need for my phone. Also, this store almost has everything you need from house hold items to our everyday needs as well.

It's kind of like a high-end version of the dollar store. They have a section for just about everything. It was good.

I started Christmas shopping in October. I don't make a lot of money, so I was happy that 5 below was around. I shopped at many of them... I bought tshirts for Christmas gifts in the months of Oct. Nov. and December.
During that time, I bought atleast 17 different tshirts for friends and family.
Was very disappointed to not be able to return 5 of the 17 tshirts. I did not know that 5 below does not return items that were bought for Christmas ... Now I am stuck with 5 tshirts that don't fit my family and friends.
PS... I didn't even want a refund... wasn't even offered an exchange! I got NOTHING.
Very disappointed. I think I will shop at a store that I know do exchanges after the holiday time.

I came across 5 Below while walking towards Starbucks on the Home Depot side. I never knew it existed. I didn't know what they were selling until I first looked in. They are selling low priced items from $5 and below. The store is well lit and bright that you can see what's being sold down the aisle easily. Shelves are well organized with items you don't typically see in a Dollar store. Their merchandise is a blend between Daiso and a Dollar store but an American culture than Japanese which I frequent a lot and is trendy. One downside I found when I came in was after 2 minutes of breathing the air being fanned around, there was a smell which I reacted right away. It caused my inside to cramp and then it hit my stomach. I was burping a lot. Luckily, I had my fabric mask but it wasn't thick enough to block the air being fanned around. The rest of the customers in the store weren't effected like me. Carry a mask just in case you get an allergic reaction. It's a good store to shop for bargains. It's self check-out with the option of ringing up with a register.

Great shopping atmosphere and the people working there were extremely nice. Five below had everything I was looking for to buy. I would definitely recommend this store!!!

This store at least have the balls my kids wanted and they pump it up ok at least.. the dog balls.. store was good over all just not connecting to the mall so you go in and then you have to go to one of the main entrance gates to the mall..
