Interesting place. We didn’t know what it was but decided to stop by it since we were at Dicks Sporting Goods anyway. The kids had a blast looking around and we ended up grabbing a few small toys and some candies.

What can I say this negative about this store? Not much. They have a lot of cute items and great gift ideas. Online. Some of the things look bigger than they actually are in person, but that's okay if you're into collecting. There are some great things here for everyone and for every age. And in a reportable price. And everything is in $5 below anymore. Thank you for all of our tariffs today

ive Below is a fun and affordable place to shop, especially for kids. The store always has a wide variety of toys, crafts, candy, and trendy items that make it exciting for children to browse through. It’s a great spot to grab small gifts, party favors, or quick rewards without spending too much.

The only way to go to Five Below from inside the Great Mall is going through Dick's Sporting Goods, out to the parking lot and turn left. That is the route I always go to.
Although I didn't find the original Lababies, I've found the Halloween version of the Lababies!
These might not be the original Labubu but I personally think these are cuter and less likely to be stolen.
As far as Customer services wise, they were okay. It used to be Customer scan their stuff and a worker supervise or help out, not it requires the worker to do it, which I don't mind. I only brought 2 Lababies so the employee let me do it myself as she was helping another customer.
Overall, I would come back cause of the new items they have.

Terrible customer service it feels like you are constantly being watched and cashier will stand one foot away from you starring at screen until you pay watching you put in your pin. Then, will ignore you and will go follow the next person around and do the same thing.

Terrible experience at the store. Rude staff, unprofessional manager. A small item that came in a paper wrapper broke within 2 days of purchase. When I went back to exchange it, they asked for the paper wrapper. When I complained to corporate, they confirmed that it was company policy.

The location is very central but their employees are so nice! Esp Rosy is so sweet and helpful! She definitely shines in customer performance!
