Went on a weekday, so the store was clean and racks weren't destroyed. Not a ton of staff. So if you have a question, you'll probably have to go to the checkout area. If you're old enough to check a Google review, you're old enough to figure out most clothing store questions all by yourself.If you're looking for clothes you can wear a season and toss it afterwards, this is a good option.

Worst staff ever. The manager here has hired the worst racist staff to run the store. The lady at the fitting room at the back is a racist person who shouldn’t be working here or in any customer facing job.

Racist staff (CASHIERS). I was in the check out line with a friend and the cashiers there were calling everyone before us. By the time it was our turn, we stood there for good 10 minutes waiting to be called, while the cashiers were busy chatting with each other. There were three cashiers! One had a customer and two didn’t, so we thought either of them will call us, but they didn’t. Instead we saw the two cashiers were looking at each other waiting if the other one of them will attend us, thereby ignoring us completely. While we observed this happening, in no time there was a big line behind us. So instead of waiting there anymore I just went ahead on the counter to get my things checked out. The cashier didn’t even care to greet me, let alone apologize! RUDE! MANNERLESS! RACIST CASHIERS! I was so furious that I wanted to call the manager, but neither of us (my friend and I) wanted to escalate the issue. I won’t be surprised if the supervisors and store manager would be racist too, looking at the “Quality” of the staff they hired for their third grade store.Never going to Forever 21 again, ever. You guys just lost a loyal customer.

I loved shopping here! This was my first time here, and they had many cool pieces of clothing. I bought some stuff myself, as they have varieties of shirts, jackets, socks, pants, etc. I will definitely try to come back.

Very very bad experience. I went to this shop to purchase a handbag along with my mom. My mom who is 50+ spilled few popcorn on the floor by mistake. The staff at the shop gave a very furious look, asking who did this. I admitted it was us by mistake and apologized. When I was ready to bill, the same lady was billing and shouting at her staff about sweeper, showing the heat to me. I asked her if she want me to clear off the mess, she shouted yes and gave me the tissue. I cleared the floor and asked her about trash. She said thanks again loudly. Expected more kindness for customers. Never experienced this anywhere!!

Its too weird that, they do not have anyone in order pick section. I waited in order section for a while. Then they asked me to wait in line for regular register. There were no point to wait me in 2 places about 40 mins for online quick pick. When asked the casher she was rude. Very bad customer service i have seen ever.

I witnessed an employee working at the buy one get one free sales section call out 2 girls to pick up what they dropped on the floor and said it was “rude”. As they walked away, I overheard her call them a “stupid ass”. I later had a question about one of the shirts and she interrupted me mid sentence and said yes. It’s very unprofessional to be talking to customers in that manner. If you don’t like your job, then quit. She needs to work on her customer service skills and attitude. The girl was wearing a white shirt, low ponytail working at the sales section womens. This happened at around 3:30PM.
