I usually stop by the Guess store in Vacaville on my way to Sacramento, but this time I decided to visit the one in San Francisco — which, to my surprise, was closed. So I ended up going to the store in Milpitas instead. Unfortunately, the experience there was really disappointing.
The staff were extremely rude — one girl was running around the store yelling at everyone, saying all the fitting rooms were closed and that no one could try anything on. The whole atmosphere felt unpleasant and stressful.
I still really like Guess products, but the employees at this particular location completely ruined the experience and my good mood. I came in feeling great, but left frustrated.

Rude customer service overall. I can’t even look through the shirts without being hovered over and being in my face whenever I’m trying to look at the design. Employee constantly yells at the customers coming in that the fitting rooms are closed. There’s a way to talk to customers if you want this store running good.

Manager wasn’t allowing any customers to enter the store and there was hardly anyone in there and refused to size a watch for me so I had to go to the other guest store

Ridiculous store I’m wrighting this through my daughters email becuase she was the one that had to deal with this behavior. Good prices? Yes but not for the way the employees treat others you had to be let in by security as there was a rope but most people got ignored and not let in for no reason so they left. My daughter wanted to try two shirts on so I asked an employee if she could have a fitting room they said yes but to wait a moment five minutes go by she looks at me and walks away. I go ask another employee and they said very rudely that fitting rooms aren’t open and that we should know that. There is no sign and it’s 4pm on a Thursday do better safe to say we will be buying online instead.

Don’t bother coming here: it’s Saturday afternoon and they just told me they “DON’T ALLOW ANYONE TO TRY ON CLOTHES ON THE WEEKENDS.” Not sure what’s the point of having a store with fitting rooms- or two (super rude) employees just talking to themselves at the cash registers.

The staff is ridiculously rude to the customers. They close the fitting rooms one hour before the store closes and do not entertain any conversation. The guy at the front desk with long hair is ready to verbally attack his customers and two helping ladies are equally rude if not worse. Highly recommend to not waste your energy going to this store just so that you don't have to deal with their staff. They do not want to work! Letting people try clothes would mean work for them - folding and setting them in place. They just want to earn free money from Guess by just standing there. You gotta change your staff if you want more sales! This is not the only review with these comments..there are multiple of these that I noticed. You have to take action!

Don’t you think this is a rather odd policy for a clothing store, especially in January which brings less clientelle and the stores are not at all overwhelmed ?

Bad treatment and there is an Arab employee who does not respect customers and she insulted us and expelled us. For your information, I am a permanent customer and all my purchases are from Jess and I do not advise anyone to deal with this branch because they are bad in their treatment and I ask Jess Company to change the employees and the person who treats them the worst is the Arab girl who insults customers and expels them. GUESS thinks 4 people are a crowd and you need to wait for 5 mins before someone let's you in the store. I wish people working in the store know the meaning of crowd.

They did not allow me to try on the clothes!!! The lady said fitting room does not work on Saturday! Whaaat?! Reallyyyy?! All workers were so sooo rude!!! Terrible place I ever experienced
