The manager Gabriel Lebaron was extremely rude. We tried to tell him that our wells fargo was stolen but he would not take a card from a smaller bank and told us that if we were too broke to have a card from a major bank we should book somewhere else. When we showed irritation at his rudeness he canceled our reservation and threatened to call the cops on us if we didn't leave immediately.

As I was checking out I asked Gabriel Lebaron for a receipt
Unfortunately, Gabriel Lebaron, could comprehend my statement. And started acting rather rude and upset as if he was confused at everything going on.
Gabriel Lebaron should not be managing anybody or anyone’s business.
All this because he didn’t know how to printout a receipt..
Pretty pathetic

I had the worst experience here because of the front desk manager Gabriel Lebaron! I am a diamond member for 5+ years now and this is the first bad review I’ve had to write. Gabriel was rude to me, condescending, and hung up on me. Owners, if you’re wondering why numbers are down, you found your reason.

We love this Hampton Inn due to its location - close to McCarthy Ranch restaurants, Ranch 99 & shops. Complementary breakfast & 24 hour tea & coffee are a plus.
Rooms: Newly renovated rooms where we stayed.
Food and drinks: Close to restaurants, Ranch 99 & Walmart.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn and had a generally positive experience. The room was nice, modern, and well-equipped with good amenities. The breakfast provided was a definite highlight and greatly appreciated. However, I did find the mattress to be uncomfortable, which affected my overall sleep quality. Additionally, the hotel was undergoing some construction during my stay, so be prepared for some disruption and noise. Despite these issues, the stay was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again.

Clean hotel and great location. Staff is polite and great. Breakfast seems to have lot of options. However most of it is reheated frozen food and we can see that in the corner in the lobby. I believe Hilton should be able to provide fresh food options.

Hampton Inn Milpitas is excellent - clean room and great service!
Room is on the larger side with a huge bathroom (no tub but a walk-in shower), a sitting area, comfortable bed, and a work station. Most rooms come with a small refrigerator and a microwave. Do note, the closet is a bit small but enough to keep 2-3 suits.
Amenities are well maintained. I used the gym and checked out the pool. Both are clean.
Breakfast is excellent. I enjoyed the egg omelette and waffles. If you have dietary restrictions, there are vegetarian options and fruits.
The location of the hotel is excellent! It is close to all major tech companies (all within 5-10 minutes drive). If you love Asian food, a giant food plaza is 1-minute on food, and it is a safe area. I tried hot pot, dim sum, and a local bakery, all delicious!

Amanda was AWESOME. Give her a raise! Every time I saw her, she was doing something, cleaning doing the buffet in the morning, working behind the desk and a plethora of information

They're in the middle of refurbishing the rooms (5/22/2024). The staff was great. Their free breakfast wasn't anything to write home about.

Great service & property! Clean, updated rooms, friendly staff, good hot breakfast - with better offerings than other Hampton's. Front desk lady was very helpful & courteous, with early check-in and snacks (as a gold member) will stay again when in the area. Highly recommend.

This room is clean however, as a diamond don’t expect to get an upgrade and as a diamond don’t expect to get a room that’s remodeled and as a diamond don’t expect to get a room that doesn’t have problems.I found bugs in my room. Dirty tub. Broken down uneven tub floor. My profile asks for highest floor, put on first floor. I found broken tiles in my bathroom. I found Service to be less than adequate. They didn’t refill my shampoo or conditioner during my entire stay. They did not refill my tissues while I was here and they did not service the room every day; only every other day.Although this property is certainly tolerable and if all you’re looking for is sleep, it’s not bad, but they don’t have any concession shop for snacks, they only have a vending machine. It takes a credit card, but the soda machine which is also vending machine does not take a credit card so if you don’t have cash, you’re not getting a soda or any other type of a drink. Their breakfast is average with all the other Hampton Inn’s.What wasn’t tolerable is the caliper of guests that stay here. Likely not an ongoing problem but the construction crew here, possible part of the remodel, flirt with the front desk clerk continuously every day at 6am. So if you get breakfast from 6-6:30 you will have to endure this endless flirtation at fulfill volume between a middled aged, inappropriate, construction worker and what appears to be an 18-19 year old female employee.Look elsewhere. Multiple choices nearby.
