Hiltons have always been my go to. The front desk is always empathic and always helpful.Location is great, in my opinion. Next to manu restaurants.

This room is clean however, as a diamond don’t expect to get an upgrade and as a diamond don’t expect to get a room that’s remodeled and as a diamond don’t expect to get a room that doesn’t have problems.I found bugs in my room. Dirty tub. Broken down uneven tub floor. My profile asks for highest floor, put on first floor. I found broken tiles in my bathroom. I found Service to be less than adequate. They didn’t refill my shampoo or conditioner during my entire stay. They did not refill my tissues while I was here and they did not service the room every day; only every other day.Although this property is certainly tolerable and if all you’re looking for is sleep, it’s not bad, but they don’t have any concession shop for snacks, they only have a vending machine. It takes a credit card, but the soda machine which is also vending machine does not take a credit card so if you don’t have cash, you’re not getting a soda or any other type of a drink. Their breakfast is average with all the other Hampton Inn’s.What wasn’t tolerable is the caliper of guests that stay here. Likely not an ongoing problem but the construction crew here, possible part of the remodel, flirt with the front desk clerk continuously every day at 6am. So if you get breakfast from 6-6:30 you will have to endure this endless flirtation at fulfill volume between a middled aged, inappropriate, construction worker and what appears to be an 18-19 year old female employee.Look elsewhere. Multiple choices nearby.

My wife and I are 49ers season ticket holders. We stay at the Hampton Inn Milipitas for all the home games between the months of September through January each season. We have done so for years now. The rooms are nice and the location is perfect. The real star and reason we frequent this hotel is the staff. Amanda and Jackie are amazing. They remember us by name and never hesitate to make sure our stay is a great experience. Our only fear is that during the off season Hampton is going to realize their value and promote them to other locations before the next season. Thank you Amanda and Jackie from the Vargas family. We hope to see you again next seasonRooms: The remodeled rooms are beautiful

The room is AWFUL. So bad, the bathroom is terrible, lighting didn't work in there which made it even worse. It's all bad. If I didn't pay an EXHORBITANT price, it might have been okay, but they shouldn't rip people off right before renovation. As a Diamond member of Hilton and a Hampton regular, this place stinks. I wish I stayed somewhere else.

Excellent breakfast, near Cisco and a mall full of Asian restaurants. Fairly quiet. I was worried about the smell of Milpitas. Luckily not a problem at all.

The hotel at first glance looks very nice but I would avoid staying here My bathroom was disgusting. Smelt like urine, tile is damaged and very dirty. The bathtub is stained. They barely cleaned any surface. I had to re wipe everything down. Hair was everywhere. The carpets were dirty, the mattress was awful. I'm assuming they are about to start upgrades as there were storage containers in the parking lot but this upgrade was long overdue. Find somewhere else, maybe worth giving another shot if they do renovate the rooms.

The experience was ok but expected a Hampton to be better. Definitely needs upgrades. I booked my reservation on Hamptons website (which ended up being reservations through Priceline) so couldn’t get points for the stay. Not doing Hampton anymore.

Very clean rooms and lobby....excellent breakfast with good amount of options to pick ....this particular Hampton has a mini waffle maker....with the rest being as usual at a Hampton...decent number of cable channels to chose from...bathrooms as usual are adequate....but seem like they got updated alot earlier than the rooms...so they seem to be on the verge of needing remodeled or some intense maintenance performed...however they seem to be just as clean and stocked as the rest of room....ac worked fine......this is the only Hampton I've stayed at that doesn't seem to acknowledge your vehicle as alot of the others do....that is take responsibility for your vehicle while parked on the property....lots of dining within walking distance...Walkability: there are alot of places to dine at within walking distance....more than usual at most hotels...

Once you find it, it is a great location! Beautiful plants out in the parking lot, and it is close to several shopping centers, including McCarthy Ranch.

The Hampton Inn is so outdated that I felt like I had stepped back in time. The decor looked like it was straight out of the 90's and not in a cool retro way. But the real comedy started when I sat down in the desk chair. It was so broken that when I leaned back, I fell backwards like I was in a sitcom. I mean, it was funny for everyone else in the room, but not so much for me. But aside from the outdated decor and uncomfortable chairs, the room itself was actually pretty clean. So that's a plus. The staff at the hotel were generally very helpful and nice, except for the person serving breakfast. They were so rude that I almost choked on my toast. And speaking of breakfast, the food was falling apart. Literally. The tables were so rickety that my plate felt like it was going to slide right off. There's a huge Asian market across the street and a string of restaurants nearby, so at least I didn't have to eat at the hotel again. I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hampton Inn in Milpitas unless you're looking for a good laugh.

It was good but we had some big problems. If the ere were no bugs I would have given them 4 stars. The front desk receptionist was great. But when I told the morning receptionist about the bugs she didn't seem to concerned. Also, when checked in two police patrol cars were there checking on a guest.
