Overall a good hotel.. The reception staff was awesome and friendly... Great location near Wal Mart and a huge selection of restaurants as well as Big ALs bar, bowling center...A slight issue with recovering an item accidentally left in the room, but after a few days of repeated inquiry, the item was finally found and soon returned.Food & drinks: Plenty of restaurants in the immediate area

Our stay, here was really disappointing. We got stuck in the elevator twice. Our keys didn’t work upon check-in and we had to go all the way back downstairs to have them fix the issue. The floor in the room was buckling. There was no hot water in the morning and then it turns out the breakfast wasn’t even included and they wanted us to buy a meal plan. We stay at Hilton hotels frequently and I’ve never come across this. You want to charge me for cereal and toast? That’s not included in the $250 a night? For me, the worst part was the bed and the laughable pillows that were so cheap and flimsy, that we actually used clothes under them. I don’t mind when there’s one or two little issues when we stay somewhere. No places is perfect but this place has way too many issues going on.

I left an item in my room, a computer. I was in the area all day after I checked out at 7:30 in the morning. In the evening I realized my personal computer was missing and went to disable my accounts where I saw that it had connected in the afternoon. The next morning I spoke with the front desk where they "checked" with housekeeping for my computer. And sure enough housekeeping had it.So why didn't housekeeping notify the front desk who would then notify me? This is what should have happened, and I'm left speculating as to why it did not. Anyway they refuse to pay to ship it back even though I could have picked it up if the hotel had notified me when the computer first came into the possession of their staff.

It was the worst accommodation I would never go again.First of all, the cleaning of the room every other day was never done during the travel period. It's not just a mistake, and none of people who were together received it.Even if I had complained the day before, the front desk's reaction was not sorry at all, and the attitude of so what? made me even angrier. Also, some rooms had serious problems with the toilet. When using the toilet, water leaked out to the side of the toilet, and surprisingly, the same problem was repeated even though the room was changed twice due to the problem. Finally, there are too many rooms with hundreds of ants. If this was a nature-friendly resort in Southeast Asia, I wouldn't be outraged by the ant's appearance. After all this really disgusting experience, it's a serious problem that no one has apologized.I will never use the hotel above again even if I provide 200 dollars for free.

Rooms had just been remodeled (and in process of remodeling the rest of the hotel), and they were quite nice. Staff was friendly. Plenty of parking. Price was reasonable. When we go back to Milpitas, we'll be staying there!

This particular hotel does not seem to live up to what I expected at a Hilton. The window A/C unit kept waking me up, and the motion sensor light switch in the bathroom kept turning on the lights throughout the night. Milpitas is also known for it's smell from the trash dump and the bay at low tides.

Check in was smooth. Staff was kind and attentive. The hotel is currently being remodeled and in real need of the face-lift. That said, it's clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast was pretty sparse for the $14 per person charge for what's free at a Hampton Inn property.

staff was unpleasant towards me. i was judged and treated rudely by the manager BENJI and then other staff here. it was only the racist staff that made my stay uncomfortable. the rooms are nice the pool is nice. very decent area right off the freeway. BUT THIS staff dont like blacks, the front desk was not welcoming at all i could see them helping others so happily with smiles they also didnt wont to use my card looking like she was looking for reason to not let me stay here i felt it but my room was paid and all my cards are legit.,,the breakfast was cooked in front of me that was also good..the house keepers are so loud they make so much noise out side my door and also cleaning the room next to me she sounds like she moving furnitureRooms: nice new cleanNoteworthy details: made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted

First time around San Jose area, didn't know the rate there, so find a place that is near our office. The room rate is 40% more then other places and no daily room cleaning you have to request it. My colleague stay at Marriot and is nicer and cheaper. Suggest to rent a car and find a better hotel.

The hotel was under construction/renovation so there is a leeway. The room was very comfortable and the beds were nice and spacious. We had issues with our electricity where our lights and outlets stopped working, so they switched us to a nicer room. Friendly service, next to a number of restaurants and stores. Only true downside was that the breakfast was not free. Can't wait to come back in the future.

I’m a diamond member and booked a king room. They gave me two queens - no problem. It had a smoke detector with a low battery going off every 15 seconds, so I asked for a new one. They claimed nothing was available so I showed the front desk guy I could book another king room right there on their own website. They told me it didn’t matter and they’d have to deny the room, and told to wait for a housekeeper to clean a two queen bed room. Benjie the manager is a fraud. Henry the front desk guy is extremely rude and unhelpful. Thanks for treating your diamond members right. This is why I am switching to Marriott.

The building is under construction however, my stay was very quiet for 1 night. Room was fairly clean, maybe could have used a lil more elbow grease when cleaning the shower floor. Loved the full size shampoo/conditioner/shower gel ! If you're a larger body like myself, you will definitely be bumping your elbows into the shower glass door and the handrail. Water pressure isnt the best either (could be because of the construction or 3rd floor? I dunno) Also, the multiple USB and plugs by the bed were great! I love that hilton always has a place to sit that isn't the bed so you can eat/relax. Lots of food options very close by! This was one of the cheaper Hiltons in the San Jose area too. So good deal I say.

Hotel is currently under reconstruction and thus not offering much apart from a place to sleep in a quiet location. Food options rather poor, especially if you look for healthy food for breakfast. I guess the impression would be quite different once the construction work ends.
