Went there to shop and everything that was worth more than 10 dollars is behind plastic or wire cages. I have no problem with this if there are workers around to help in a reasonable amount of time but there is not.My opinion is if you value your time and want service and better selection most of the time go to Lowe's.Lumber and plants is sort of a wash, there about the same in quality and ease to get to.

This was a pleasant surprise. There actually was someone in the lightbulb dept to help a few of us with LED bulb questions and issues. A few minutes later, I had more questions but could not find that same person. Maybe a ghost? And check out was pretty quick.

Tried to buy some wood boards. It’s all a mess. Everything in the wrong place. Different sizes mixed. No problem. Let’s get a tape measure. Oh wait. They are now under lock. No problem, let’s ask for one. Nope. They won’t give it to you. Only to the cashier. What a terrible service.

They didn't have any of the items I wanted and the employees that I had came into contact with, with all due respect, English was not their first language, so they had a hard time understanding what I was asking for, not to mention, they didn't know where the items I was looking for were located. "Sorry I don't know" was the answer I got. I went to the paint department to look for Butyl tape and the guy, who spoke English, directed me to one of the lumber isles. Really? I will avoid going back to Home Depots in the future. They just don't have the knowledgeable employees that speak English. Made a simple trip complicated and frustrating.

3 stars for organization and cleanliness.... Get those newbies trained on customer service and basic construction, and maybe I won't have to stop at a bar before going - just so I don't lose my temper after spending 2 hours waiting for 2 guys to roll a piece of carpeting I just purchased.

Generally I don't have an issue using my military discount, but in this instance I started to do a pick up order then decided to come into the store and grab it myself. I scanned the military barcode and it doesn't discount the product that I already know qualifies for a discount because I have it in my cart for a store pickup. The associate didn't offer to adjust the price after showing her the price in my cart. Told her I would do a pickup order tomorrow and walked out but not sure if I will return because it's an inconvenience. The goal is to make money not let it walk out the door to your competitors. Have to be quick on your feet, I stood there while my phone was slowly loading to check the price difference and she stood and watched me.

Wanted to buy small sanding tools and the area was locked. The guy seemed to be very unwilling to help to unlock it and was very impatient when we were choosing..... He wouldnt stop talking even when I was trying to ask a question about a product.....Until I requested can you listen to what I want to ask? Very bad experience. I asked why we are treated like if we are trying to steal something, and the answer from them was not just you, everyone is......

This is the best Home Depot to stand around and wait to have a cage unlocked to get $15 item after asking multiple times for assistance. Surprisingly no one works in any of the aisles that people need assistance. Ordering from Amazon would have been faster.

Homedepot was great. I was able to find merchandise that I'm looking for. Well organized sections. Cash, card, self checkout.Staff was very helpful even if he was on his way out, off the shift.

The customer services here is horrible and they hung up the phone in the middle of our conversation when I was asking a question. They are the worse.

Unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow -5 stars for a rating. I have been a regular customer for Home Depot for over 15 years and I am never going to buy anything from HomeDepot again. Here's how HomeDepot disposed off their junk while making money out if it. Week-1: We ordered a dishwasher with installation service from Home-Depot 3 weeks ago. My husband had a major knee injury and I can't handle the dishwasher myself due to an injury, that's the reason we decided to pay for a full service delivery and installation. They delivered it within 3 days. The installation guy denied installation until we install a special valve through another plumber. We asked him to take the unit back and bring it when it's ready to be installed. He told us to keep the unit with us as re-delivery would take 3 months! He left the unit in our garage, we later got a valve installed an called Homedepot to send the installation guys again. Week-2: After another week, the 2nd installation guy came and unsealed/opened the dishwasher package and discovered a dent. He told us that he has reported it to Homedepot now and advised us to call Homedepot and get it replaced. When we called HomeDepot, they denied all the responsibility. They basically told us that they "only take the order". Delivery and installation is all 3rd party, they don't take any responsibility for that. We called Kitchen Aid, they agreed to send the replacement part, but it would take more than a month, so they recommended getting the dented unit installed until then, so that we are not left without a dishwasher for another month. Week-3: Now we called HomeDepot and they sent the same installation guy who came the first time. He denied installation because the dishwasher had a dent. He called his supervisor and talked for 15 minutes (all while walking with his shoes on in our kitchen). His supervisor told me that the installation guys will move on without doing their job and I need to work with HomeDepot to get this sorted out. I checked the installation agency's Yelp page (Temco Logistics) and not surprisingly there are are multiple complaints of similar nature from other customers. Overall, I spent over 4 hours talking to different Home Depot agents, only get bounced around from one agent to another and to be told that the appliances we buy from HomeDepot is not their responsibility, they order through the manufacturer and get it delivered/installed through 3rd party. At the end of all this, I called customer service, requested them to refund the installation and haul away charges, they agreed and told me to stop by the store with receipt to get the refund. At the store, they asked me to repeat the whole story again and told me they couldn't process the refund because their customer service was closed (It was still 4:20PM, I don't know why they would be closed this early). So overall, after paying more that $1200, I got a piece of junk delivered to me. Week-4: I am still waiting for the refund of installation and haul-away charges.

Worst customer experiences. Customer service team does not know how to use their systems. They may have stock but it's also always on a pallet at the very top of the racks. So it takes hours until someone is able to help you. And that's even if you want to wait it out.

Thank you for the veterans discount.DANGER - Don't get a flat tire! Please repair your parking lot. See photo of a serious example of rebar sticking straight out toward your tire. Not sure if it is really YOUR parking lot to maintain or the mall's, but either way, it needs repaired.(-1 star ... if not your responsibility I'll update my review accordingly)

Went to this location to rent a pick-up truck. The truck's condition is terrible with engine lights on and a dirty trunk. The gas level was at a quarter(will come back to this in a second) before I picked it up. Before I pick up the truck, I ask what does a 1/4 full gas tank translate to gallons? The staff there says I don't care, you have to fill it up to that level. Upon returning the vehicle, refilling the gas tank to 1/4 full is a difficult task. We actually refilled the gas tank three times but the gas meter didn't change at all. We ended up with considerably more than 1/4 of the gas tank. Then, we realized the meter might be broken. Because refilling the gas took more time, We ended up late for a few minutes. We asked the tool department staff nicely whether they can waive the extra 15 min charges because we were late for a reason. The response was he doesn't have the permission to waive it.Raised the issue to the store manager, whose name is Orion, and responded that he would be back to us in 5 mins. We didn’t mind waiting. We ended up waiting about an hour to speak to Orion. When he finally got there, Orion was extremely rude and inconsiderate of our time.Basically, he responded with "no one asks you to fill more gas". We showed him the receipt. We indeed pumped way more gas and we simply asked nicely to waive the extra 15 min charges because we spent a little more time in the gas station. He replied that "if you are able to do the math right, you shouldn't be filling that much gas". I raise the truck's engine light and driving this vehicle is not safe. He says "this is the best we can offer, you got whatever you paid for". It was clear to me he was either incompetent or acting in bad faith. It’s disappointing someone like this serving as a store manager in one of my favorite businesses. Probably Home Depot management tier should consider letting Orion go.
