Recently rented a storage space here at IN Storage Milpitas and the process was smooth and seamless. Austin, the manager of this site was very professional, helpful, kind, and assisted me in getting the right space for my move from another storage facility down the street. Austin explained to me all the options available, explaining the access hours and even helped me setup up Autopay. The whole experience was efficient, no hassles, and simple, the way I like it. Security is a big deal for me, and it was reassuring seeing numerous cameras all around the facility. Each storage space comes with a free lock with 3 keys in it as others have stated. Thank you Austin!

If you want a stress-free, easy & reliable storage experience, look no further than In Self Storage in Milpitas. I did a fair amount of storage "shopping" within a 1 mile radius & companies I spoke to were 1) more expensive with lots of hidden fees and 2) very unfriendly. A woman who worked at the storage company down the street rolled her eyes when I asked if I can see one of the units to gauge sizing..
The manager (Austin) is fantastic & so helpful! You can tell he cares & wants everyone to have have a pleasant experience. I will 100% give them my business again if I ever need storage in the future.

I rented a storage locker for about 2 years (summer 2021 to summer 2023). It was $64/month for a locker that was 5 feet wide by about 8 feet long by about 8 feet tall. It was good value, and the management people were helpful and nice.

The ground level 10' x 10' was a lie. It's smaller than that by several inches. Excessive dust, dirt, and roofing granules get inside the storage because the bottom seal is very poor. To lock the unit you have to lift up from the bottom in order to slide the latch, which renders the seal ineffective and creates the pathway for the dirt.

I have rented at this space since 2008. The space is excellently maintained by April and Bob. I have stored my couches, clothes, electronics, even my drum kit and guitars and havent had any rodents or moisture problems in my unit. Bob and April are very informative and let me know of any maintenance or issues that may be happening around my unit, very trustworthy and honest.
