1 star because 0 star isn’t an option. I’ve visited this Labcorp location several times, and the experience has consistently been disappointing. The staff appears highly unskilled and unmotivated. Even when there is no one ahead of you, they still make you wait 15–20 minutes just to be taken in.
What’s even more frustrating is that they claim to be “busy,” yet every time I’ve been there, one staff is just sitting doing nothing, even though the facility is equipped to handle two patients at a time. Instead of using their resources efficiently, they leave patients waiting unnecessarily.
This location really needs better management and proper staff training. The inefficiency and lack of professionalism make the whole experience far more stressful than it needs to be. I hope they improve soon, but for now, I cannot recommend this Labcorp

This is the worst place ever. There's a technician who sits there to mislead you. Didnt check for specimen. Dont go to this place unless they train the lab techs

Very bad experience, rude lady, behaving as if she has no feelings and unaware of anything, then why is she even there. She did not even do the my daughter’s test, ofcourse kids are afraid of needles , who would like to get one and she sent us to another location. Waste of time.

I would like to give a negative rating to this facility and the female staff administering the tests here. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. To every question or concern she had a negative response or “I don’t know” ask your employer. She made me drink tap water, instead of giving bottled water. Labcorp facilities should have filtered bottled water/ drinking water, minimum one could expect. I witnessed another patient complaining and engaging in a fight with her. After reading the reviews I am sure that I am not wrong. Not at all helpful, this place needs more people to handle appointments.

I booked an appointment for 10 AM and checked in on time for my lab work. The representative mentioned they would be going for lunch soon and that the test would take 2 hours. This information should have been available on their website, advising early appointments for such tests. After some discussion, she suggested I walk in early the next morning without an appointment and agreed to do the test at 8 AM the next day or the following week.
The next day, I walked in at 8 AM, but a different representative was at the lab and did not allow us to proceed without an appointment. Despite explaining the entire situation, she still refused. My husband and I wasted two days without completing the test.
Finally, we went to the Fremont Labcorp center as walk-ins. They were very helpful, and we were able to complete our test. I recommend avoiding the Milpitas LabCorp and advising your doctor not to send any tests to LabCorp.

The lab tech couldn’t find a vein in either arm and still had a hard time in my hand. I believe the tech caused nerve damage in my arm because here it is two months later and my arm is in pain constantly.

Would try to give a negative rating if possible . I had a prior appointment. The billing mistake was done on their end, mind you not the first time they have done it wrong . Still I tried to call the billing department to fix it. They did say that I can go ahead with the current appointment and confirmed the error on their end is taken care of. But the female in the Milpitas location is damn rude and didn’t help me with my appointment rather was taking care of next appointments. VERY DAMN RUDE female. Please try to AVOID this place at any cost. Very poor customer service.

They were closed WAY before the posted times, and the location has signs at the register saying it’s “appointment only” which conflicts website information.

Went here for my lab work. Since this place is only by appointment, service was very quick. The lab technician did a great job drawing my blood painlessly.

Not sure what all the negative reviews here are about! Making an appt online was simple, there was no lineups at my time, the technician was super skillful and quick. At other labs I've been to, technicians have often had more anxiety than me, or poked incorrectly causing pain, etc.
