Been using their shipping by sea service for years to send Balikbayan boxes to my dad. The drivers (especially Randy) are cool, and the service is trustworthy. The issue is pick up times are never accurate, sometimes there's delays in box arrivals, and the prices are sky high at $80 large box now! I do appreciate the free boxes as accommodations though! Saves a few bucks on materials! Hope the quality of on time pick ups improve soon!

Love the service of the friendly staff. Service is fast. I have been using LBC Milpitas for a few years now and has never been disappointed. Sending money also is fast. US dollar conversion rate to Philippine peso is higher than the other establishments. Thank you!

LBC Milpitas, please update your hours on Yelp! The info on Yelp states you are open on Thursday. We came all the way from San Jose only to find out you are closed. Very frustrating. Wasted time and gas.

I'm a regular customer at this branch. They know me exceptionally well. It's one of my go-to locations, but this branch is the closest to my house. (Although I might go to their San Jose branch; bigger location, to do my Philippines transactions: send padala, money, small items). Their pickup of the balikbayan boxes are timely once you book on the app or website. Here's a tip, when sending packages by air, to save you time, have the following items ready: items you want to send out for inspection (the counter person determines the appropriate sized box), filled out Shippers Declaration (customs) form (from home), and pre-made shipping labels of your contact information and the consignee typed on a computer. By having those on hand, you can save about 10 minutes at the counter rather than manually filling them out at the branch!

I have been loyal to LBC for many years. But lately their pick up service has been very poor. Two times in a row we were on schedule for pick up but nobody came even just to call us to inform the reasons why the driver not able to come that day. Our time was waisted waiting for nothing forseveral days.... we kept calling and it's always the customer service people received the call and kept saying" we follow up" but nothing happens. They finally picked up my 7 boxes then it happened again the following week after I have 1 more box to pick up. LBC should do better in valuing their customer's time and be professional in your ways of communication.RESPECT OUR TIME PLEASE!!!

Cannot call the phone number in Milpitas. It goes directly to Manila Philippines. Very inconvenient because you have to go to their office verify transaction made.

Please please go to a different branch! This is my first time sending a box to the Phillipines and I came in with another 20x20x20 box from FedEx, well packed and taped. When I came in the front desk lady told me repeatedly my box was too big and that I should opt for a smaller one. She pointed to the #5 box and I told her politely that my items will not fit and that I am okay with paying whatever charge she was going to add. She insisted "No, it WILL fit". Since it was my first time I agreed. She went ahead and open my box and unpacked everything. She took the #5 box and placed one of my items in there and realized it wouldnt fit. (Like i told her in the beginning) She then asked me what size my box was and I proceeded to tell her 20x20x20. She then said "Oh, thats the size of our box. That cant be right" She then moved my box and compared it to their own box and was in disbelief that I was correct. She then packed my things in my original box and taped it again. NOT ONLY THAT. Multiple customers came in and she told each one and the whole store in tagalog, "it is people like her that hold up the store. she is not prepared at all. look at those people outside waiting, its her fault. see look at her box. Also, her jewelry she is sending is FAKE from target". The lady did not know I can understand tagalog and was talking about me right in front of my face. I felt so disrespected and wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I understand that it is my first time, but as a worker she should have took the time to explain things to me and help me out without disrespecting me and embarrassing me on front of the whole store. I came in on Saturday June 5, 2021 around noon-1pm and I really hope management takes the time to take action. I have her name written on the receipts but out of respect I will not write it in this review.

The delivery people are outstanding. They have new air cushion vehicles when they come and pick up the boxes to be shipped and the careers are always professional
