The store is closed before 7pm on a Tuesday night, why??? This is bad business..... what kind of service is this? How can anyone come and select an item when the store is closed, do they not value customers???

I've been to this mall many, many times. This is by far the worst Lids location in the bay. It is honestly open 1 out of 10 times, and the one time it is open it's always picked over. Just go to another Lids if this is why you're coming to Great Mall.

Called Lids around 7 pm because I had a question, the mall is open till 9 today as the website states and the kids site for the great mall. The phone rang and no one picked up, so I get to the mall and the store was closed and locked, a man at the register but never looked up. My dad knocked and asked why they were closed and the man working shook his head and continued to ignore us... no sign or reason that they were closed when the mall was fully open and operating. If the guy wasn't so rude about it, would've been a better experience

I came in today I seen 2 hats I like to purchase, the young punk kid was just on he's phone, didn't asked once if I needed help. Worst service ever! I just left

Bought a hat and got it embroidered. Was told by staff it will take 15-20 minutes to complete. I came after receiving the text that it was done and ready. When I got there, a note states "staff on break will be back soon." Waited for an extra hour and 15minutes prior to staff returning.

Very very bad experience!!!I just go to buy a hat for a birthday present came to the store on great mall in Milpitas California the girl (was the manager) saw what I want and told me no problem come back in 30 min I told her 3 times if it's can be reddy for today it's great if not it's not relevant for me again she said no problem so I pay to her (5:38 pm) I can back at 6:00 pm the store is close. I tried to call every number I could find but nobody answered the only number I got someone was customers service but they said they cannot help me because they only for online purchases so I asked for regular customers service number she said they not have one and she understands me a lot of customers calling and can't reach help anywhere. Now I need to go to a different branch to make the same hat for him because I need it for an hour from now the problem now I don't know if the other branch closing when they want and not according to the mall or Google or Yelp so I tried to call but guess what they didn't answer for 25 min so I just going to pass on it I not going to drive 15-20 min for another closed store so I just pass on it and tomorrow I will go there and I already guess what they going to tell me: because it's a costume hat we can not sell it like that. Then i will continue with my lawyer. Btw, she took my phone number in case... but no phone calls no text. I bought a hat at LIDS in the past but this was the last time for sure.Store closings at 8:00 pmThe security guard of the mall said: it's happening all time, this store closing whenever they want..Update: I came to take the hat the day after the hat looks horrible!I asked bulging letters they did it flat, not even 1 line is straight.. I told them I don't take this hat so they did another one after more 30 min I came to take it again, now they did it the wrong color I didn't took it either I asked again to make it for me so now waiting again for 30 min.

Always closed. Bad customer service. I went around 7:50 pm when they said they have some issue in billing. And I asked the person in the store about the store closing time and he said it was 9 pm. I thought of coming back again a little later and came by 8:05 pm and they were already closed. I would never recommend this store to anyone. ?

Absolutely LIVID right now. My husband and I do not live in the area. We are here today with family and my husband saw an embroidery design in the window that he liked. So we walked in, he paid for them to embroider the hat that he was currently wearing, and we went on shopping. My husband got a call that his hat was ready, and when we were done looking at some stores we headed back over to pick up his hat. It was a little after 4:30 pm. Their hours say that they close at 7pm. We can literally see his hat in the window, but the lights are off and there's no note up or anything to suggest that they're on a break. Called mall security and they don't have keys and apparently, these employees do this often. I will be calling their corporate office tomorrow (1 888-814-4287). They have stolen my husband's hat. We do not live in the area. So getting it back has now become impossible.

Came out to Milpitas specifically to come to this Lids since they have more variety than Southland Mall. It's the only store in the mall closed at 4pm. I stopped for lunch on the way here and if I'd known they'd closed, I would have waited to eat smh. This can't be real, someone get hired here so I can buy hats. I was trying to get a couple for me before I go on vacation this weekend and I promised a friend a cap too
