Food is mostly fine for San Jose Dim Sum, soup dumplings are serviceable but pot stickers are terrible. What I did not appreciate it, was being lied directly to my face, several times about them having bbq pork buns. I was told by three separate staff members that they did not have pork buns and that they were out for that day. This would be fine, if not for that fact that not even 10 minutes later, several tables who were seated after us were given pork buns. I know this for a fact because when I asked the server, he said they were in fact for bbq pork buns. I do not want to assume any race related reasons, but it did seem ironic that they lied to the only colored people in the entire building. This, on top of mediocre service at best, means that there are significantly better options in San Jose that I recommend you try instead, Al Peninsula being one close by.

Had dim sum with friends at lunch time last Thursday.Food was ordered & coming late (took approx. 20 minutes)Service is so so.Minimum 18% service charge is added to the bill which the customer has no option.Customers need to pay attention, or may pay extra. Not recommending.

Maybe their restaurant specializes in seafood, so maybe dinner will be better?Every time I come here I have tea at noon. This time I ordered the "big glutinous rice dumplings" and I was completely disappointed? There isn't much glutinous rice, it's almost all mung bean kernels, a little fatty pork, scallops and dried shrimps. There are also a few chestnuts, and the dark mass at the top is a mushroom that has no mushroom flavor. There is actually a piece of roast duck inside? ! ? Super dry, super tasteless, super unpalatable, and super expensive at $13.80. The fried noodles were very hard and the outside was soft and thick, but even with the sauce, they were still tasteless. The beef offal is not soft enough and not tasty enough. The beef rice rolls also taste weird... The food can be improved, but people's personalities are a bit difficult. The sisters pushing the cart seemed to be very embarrassed and didn't ask or say anything was on the cart; and it looked like When you are in a hurry, the cart can almost pass by in a flash, completely ignoring the tables on both sides? ! Really, many of them are reluctant to talk (except for the nice sisters who are holding snacks and smiling). To be honest, we have been here several times, and I am disappointed every time. Every time I give myself another chance to try again, maybe there will be improvement, but I am still disappointed every time. Forget it, this time is really the last time. . It is actually a waste of time to comment on such a long paragraph, but I think it is necessary! I consider myself not a picky person, but the food and service issues here really need attention and improvement.

A relatively authentic Cantonese-style restaurant with fresh and sophisticated ingredients. It is a must-choice place for gatherings with friends and family in the near future. The service is very Cantonese-style, and everyone pays attention to priority when serving dishes, dividing plates, and dividing fish.Dessert after the meal, either purple rice dew or turtle jelly tofu curd, randomlyA sweet bite

Terrible food. Too sweet with overdosed MSG. The beef was not cooked with fresh blood.Terrible service. They kept us waiting for a long time before we decided to leave out of door, but we saw them serving non Asian clients diligently. They took their order quickly without having them wait for a long time.Mandatory 18% service fee. What the heck is that? And they were brainwashing us that all restaurants in CA started the new rules this year. Don’t be fooled around. They simply wanted to rob money from you ?

This restaurant will mandatorily charge customers a 18% service fee. This is illegal. Their food is far from being authentic and the service is terrible. We waited 15 minutes until waiter came to write down our orders.

This place deserves to be Closed for business. They charged people 18% for the service but provided zero %. On top of that, the servers were rude. The cashier was unpleasant & unappreciative of the business - Acting as of she’s feeding us for free while our party paid them hundreds ?DON’T EVEN BOTHER to give these people the business - NEVER come back!

Not as busy. Food is not as good. No service. We have to get our own napkins, pepper, and soy sauce. One of the shrimp balls might have dropped on the floor and was picked up and put it back on the steamer. They did replace it with another. Highchair is greasy. Could not even wipe it off with wet wipes.Features: Server wear mask. No social distancing.

Came here to eat lunch. My mom and I went here Years ago, and it was great. However, it has declined so much. Not only did they force a 18% percent service charge, the service was terrible. The waiters were especially rude, because we were chinese speaking. Also, the food was terrible. Did not have the authentic taste we were looking forward to. We asked the waiter for more sauce, only to have them use the back of a dirty chopstick to put the sauce into the container. Not only that, the waiters were super flippant. Def not coming back there.
