They charge a $5 convenience fee for paying your phone in person. This makes no sense to me because what is so convenient about having to get out of the car , go into the store, and wait in line for someone to help you?They should not be charging $5 for this actual INCONVENIENCE.

I bought my phone here it was disaster ? the phone acting weird when I got home they said I can't even just get another one I have to wait in a week I came back another day I ask him my phone is okay now or what. And this guy just not feel professional and concerned about there costumer complain. This guy is middle eastern guy ? speak Spanish too lol ?

Went to the store to get a phone because mine broke. Looked up stores and this one was close so I went. When I got there the man that helped me was VERY RUDE. I will never do business with this location again and don't recommend anyone to go here they tried to over charge me and got an attitude when I said I will go another Metro. I Respectfully left but If I wasn't in work uniform I would have been very disrespectful back to him maybe drag him out the store. I would never let someone work at my company like that and will never do business there again. I don't know why Metro even doing business with someone like that. If I was Metro PCS I would discontinue my Business with that location.

Could not fix my phone. Went to the T Mobile at Capital Expressway, they fixed the phone in 10 minutes.

If I could give a 0 I would have. I walked in to buy a phone. Another customer came in the guy stopped dealing with me went in the office got a paper with some writing on it and gave it to the guy and spoke in a different language to the guy...then the guy told me to come back when his boss was there and she would give me a deal... Are you serious how rude I need a phone buddy do your side hussle on your own time. So annoyed come back when his boss was there... Are you serious I waited kept calling to see when the boss came back and they never returned my text or call

I'll give it 0 stars, but I only call to ask a few questions and the lady there had a major attitude. I used to work at a retail wireless store so I know how we are supposed to treat clients. Here they act like they can't do much for you. So why even be a store ? Lol

Owner Sold me a AT&T phone . He said i can get hot spot. I paid for hot spot and it wouldnt work for hot spot and would not download my apps it said not compatible with the phone. Took it back to owner he said he couldn't do nothing for me. Dont trust this store.

Terrible service, DO NOT come. I was just asking how much is it going to cost to repair my phone, he opened it without asking my opinion then said the screen doesn't work anymore. I refused to pay $120 just for a screen replacement so he gave me back my phone opened and didn't even zip the zip lock bag that he put it in. Now I came home and noticed it has missed some screws and parts and not knowing what to do
