Worst experience very rude customer service. Despite being their customer for last 3-4 years when I went to tell him that this car wash I was disappointed as they had not cleaned well. There was a lot of hair from the microfiber cloth they used which was sticking on the leather. And side pockets on the door were not even cleaned. I paid 70$ plus I paid tip which I later regretted. When I went to tell them he spoke to me very rude saying he has a lot of other customers and he doesn’t care and that I need to come to car wash every few weeks. Honestly it hadn’t been that long from my previous wash I’m sure people with pets and kids understand how often the car gets dirty. If this attitude remains I’m sure they will lose a lot of customers even though if they are regular.

I paid $70 for a “mini detailing,” expecting a proper hand wash, only to find out they just did a machine wash. The tree sap spots on my bumper weren’t touched, and they casually said mini detailing doesn’t include that. Honestly, I could have done a better job myself in the time I waited. This felt like a complete scam. Absolutely disappointed—we’ll never be coming back.

I have been coming to this car was for over a year now and I have no complaints. All the workers are great, professional, friend and all work well. I have the monthly unlimited wash and it makes getting a quick was soooo easy! I would definitely recommend this friends and family!! Great job.
